Have a good one Crash James.

Thanks Liam, mine has a LSD and a few things the R26 doesn’t have I have spent 4k on it in the last month so not ready to let it go yet but thanks for the offer, im sure you will have no problems moving it, Renault seem quite happy to get some late model Renaultsport product on the yards. If you want to sell it I would sell soon as the new one is out in October, you should still fetch mid 30’s for it. I know how much the RS250 will be priced at and you’re not far off, it is faster than the R26 and is a more attractive package.
-
Haha I didnt meen you! Thanks for your call.
-
Haha why? An R26 is essentially the same as what I have. Im looking at trading the F1 on a New Megane RS250 later this year.
-
Wow if that image doesn’t attract pimps I don’t know what will Do the windows work in the back? Yopu should buy my M325i for 9k and give me this, you know you want a spare M325i

Welcome to Bimmersport Joy. What kind of BMW did you buy?? I must say the best car I have ever driven was a BMW too.
-
Im up for a time share. I’ll have it Saturday and Sunday the other owner can drive it to work Good luck Boris, and thanks for the preview, this is one beautiful car, from a logical view the best E34 to own.
-
Cheers man yea im starting to think that would have been a better option.
-
Yours is immaculate from all accounts I have heard so justified maybe? Will see how we get on, a few guys are flying up on the weekend, funny all the calls I have received have been from guys in their 50’s bar one call from a younger guy.
-
No. Contact Tradezone in East Tamaki. http://www.bimmersport.co.nz/forums/index....;hl=aap+imports These were a sharp deal and come with urethane mounts and drop links.
-
What are they worth though?? I think $10,500 is reasonable and im not unrealistic, I list cars priced to sell not to sit around for six months. It’s in what I would call honest condition, its overall a very tidy car, you can feel it hasn’t been thrashed and looking at various components and service records it has had a very cushy life. I did see one go for silly money not so long ago but IMHO that was due to luck and a bit of encouragement and not a true reflection as to where they should be selling.

Have only had it a couple of months, it was an impulse buy and I have enjoyed every kilometre I have travelled in it, the difference between the M325i and regular E30’s is massive, would make for an awesome car to have in the garage for a nice Sunday drive, it’s the most fun I have had driving a car in a long time, I really can’t understand why people modify them as its honestly good as is. Alas it’s the wrong time for me to own one and keeping it would be very selfish. I was still receiving phone calls at 10.00pm last night from random old men, seems that’s the demographic. Have a few people flying into Auckland this weekend to see it so it might me a quicker sale than I was hoping for… should hike the price up No that’s not the factory knob as stated in the auction, there are words as well as pictures. The well worked 20 year old knob (lots of those around her) will come with the car for those wanting a something resembling a half consumed toffee apple.

Would love too but the missus would kill me Sam, I was on the way to bank the coin from the Touring and come home with this and she wanst too happy. Need a boring old Camry wagon or the like. Why you selling the wagon??

Mate I have three 2-door cars and an expanding family.. I like to think I saved it from being traded in at Manukau Toyota and ending up god knows where. After the electrical work I wont make anything on it but im glad I saved it from possible death and I am having fun driving it until sold.
-
Not sure what they are worth TBH, have had three calls in just over an hour so im warm.

Just a quick follow up on this. The Six Cylinder spec BMW E30 Series springs are excellent, they give modest drop yet are stiff enough to let the stock shocks operate properly with no bottoming out of the shocks or the car driven fast on some of the ugliest roads imaginable, they have improved the handling vastly, they do communicate a lot through the chassis on the really rough stuff being quite stiff so they may not suit the soft at hart but were fine on 90% of the roads I covered over 300km today.

How so? Do Koni or yourself know something M Devision dont because the last time I checked the E39 M5 was rated as one of the best sports saloons out of the box?

Good stuff MrE34. Must have had a tear in your eye, I would have

Do they sell for 17,500 USD??? Might answer your question. That fellow wanted near $40k for it originally.

I picked up a couple of these for my M325i from germanplats.com So much faster.

None of them sell number plate mounts but go hard, it’s your Friday. I made a rangi mod one with tool box hinges once… looked ok and was hinged so I could pull it upwards when I was doing 300KPH runs on the South Auckland Auto Bahn. The hinges were mounted inside the intake and the plate could fold under. So fast.
