Looks very nice, that racing dynamics cam couldn’t have been easy to come by.. what’s the specs?
-
So that’s how you gauge it…will keep that in mind next time out in t5he E30! The only time I have been out was in an old Surf.. I like cleaning though!
-
Well done, you don’t see that every day! That water would scare me! I don’t mind mud but water! How do you test the depth?
-
The black car with the pipes is a Lexus/Toyota isn’t it?
-
I had a E39 528i that was a real nightmare. That M3 looks like a home mad BMW art car! And this Chav wank wagon! I hate with a passion the side grills (gills) nearly as bad as an M badge on a non M car. www.jmtech.fi

Sleep is overrated… why sleep when there is good Coffee to be drunk and work to do Going out drinking is a real killer, its winter now though so people are starting to chill back at home a bit more… GTA IV and a box at home with my bro’s this weekend, now that’s a cheap night. Don’t like fish and dont pay for it.

Just never give up on anything. Work like a mule and money won’t be a problem.. I guess that means I give up the social life I once had to work as many hours as I do to pay for the sh*t I want.

Too true, I am upgrading the bushes at the same time as the sway bar. Cuts the labour charge down that way! Will see what they can do, Im getting a tone of Urethane bushes and a couple of swaybars for my brothers HSV and was just gunna tag on to his order.
-
Don’t suppose anyone knows the factory sway bar diameters for the E30 (non M). It looks like Whitline (who I have purchased a few products from before) have a few options. I am ordering a some bars and bushes for my brother as well as the Astra so would like to potently tag on. If anyone else is keen have a look at their website and I’ll get some prices from the NZ distributer. http://www.whiteline.com.au/

Very nice car buddy, a lot of effort and hard work from the looks of things! But the finished product is worth it no doubt. Makes the two Evo’s in your weeding photo look soft!
-
Thanks mate, Im a Keith too, got a couple of sets of springs off him and product knowledge was amazing! Doesn’t heart to ask around before chatting to him though! Thanks guys..

Ok, was struggling to keep Shelly’s line in my ploughing wagon! Maybe it’s a wagon thing. The M325i parts are interchangeable though right? I will have to do some research into what diameter the M325i run at the back.

^ That red 325i Coupe was amazing! Very nice car, shame he didn’t come along for the cruise.
-
After the weekend drive I have decided my wagon has a bit too much under steer and would like to try and neutralise it. If it’s anything like my old Altezza some thicker sway bars should sort it out. I believe the M325i runs thicker sway bars from factory? Should I try and get some of these or should I go after market? Any suggestions would be much appreciated. Also I have recently fitted new shocks but don’t feel they are very good, what’s a good brand to look at without spending stupid money, I have KYB and find them a bit floaty.
-
That is fricken styling man.. You would have to be seriously cool to drive that car without looking a knob.
-
Stink man. I did the same once…ended up paying a pro and at the end of the day it was only slightly dearer.
-
Or touring’s They are a cheap as chips over there! Thanks for posting that up mate, very interesting read, I certainly learnt a couple of things. The easy to make look shockingly bad comment made me laugh too, I never really noticed many E30’s until I started driving one (same with all cars I suppose) boy I see some shockers!

e30 325i turbo- what needs to be done?
Apex replied to chrisvlok's topic in Forced Induction & Performance Tuning
Blasphemy . Would most likely end up costing the same. I would prefer to keep things BMW if it were me, there would be a lot less fabrication to do, all auxiliaries would work properly and it would be BMW. -
e30 325i turbo- what needs to be done?
Apex replied to chrisvlok's topic in Forced Induction & Performance Tuning
A piggy back is a great idea and could be installed and tuned for under two grand. I ran a UNI-CHIP on my last beast and it went great…after a few months on the Dyno and various injectors and fuel system experiments. Turbo/Supercharging and engine is never going to be cheap and never ultimately reliable. That kit does look very nice though..If you can find out what it would be worth to send over or even find out if it would fit please let us know..very tempting . -
Im with the opinion that factory would look the best and no doubt attract less attention. However if you do look at aftermarket contact Pioneer auto parts as they are the importer of Auto meter and another brand and you might save yourself a few bob.

I like the new GT3 RS, not to keen on the new 997 Turbo or the 996 years.. The Boxster is nice but would ultimately take a BMW over one. themotorreport.com.au The 1993 964 Turbo would have to be an all time favourite of mine. www.butzi.cz

That’s one mother of an engine! Will it bolt straight into my E30 (jokes) As a size comparison this is my Toyota 1.6 (2x 4age)

FAIL. You didn’t buy them for the car did you?? Another reason to buy NZ new
