fairly comon sticky lifter sound. try running a bottle of engine oil flush just before your next oil service , then add some lifter treatment additive with the new oil.

yes comon problem , is it the LF30 type pump?? small rounded one?

what model or oil is that ??or whats recomended ?? i have some castrol slx in stock?? what would that be suitabel for M54b30??? s50b30 etc??

got this in needs wof and reg 140k's m42b18 twincam engine 4 speed auto sport seats non sagging head linning 15" alloys tyres may need balancing starts and drives ok dirty interior motor and trans run fine door handles not working properly and left lock needs sorting. needs a drivers door card for a wof etc cheap car with live plates and lots of potenial in papakura 021433600 will try to get better pics over the weekend might even run the water blaster over it new pics below after a quick wash

bump!!!! also have a 2000 323i 2.5L nz new blue with black leather coming up in the next week or so 190k's but very tidy and well serviced etc factory in dash cd , sports wheel with buttons, 16" alloys probably around the $6k mark and a 2001 320i 2.2L model with AC schnitzer goodies 18" ac wheels , badges , pedals , suspension , exhaust. bumper,boot spoiler clear corners , eyebrows etc grey leather , multifunction sports wheel and in a very cool grey metalic colour 162k's around the $7k 2001 318i 1.9L touring factory motorsport spec imola red 132k's $11k ono all with new wof and 6mths reg etc

huh , sounds like teh colour of mine one ,i just picked up some factory roof rack sfro it too. had to buy then sell another 525iT to get the racks. has the Mk motorsport alloys on it now. roof racks sitting in the shed waiting for a use like ski's or a bonnet on the roof etc

i have a 3L m3 with similer issues have bleed the clutch , replaced the rubber clutch line. made small improvement then swapped the slave cylinder , was a little bit better with the smaller bore cylinder . then swapped the master cylinder,and still the same. it drives ok , clutch is just quick off the floor , but i also think the duall mass flywheel is a bit gone , doesn't feel like its got full bite when at full rpm's i think the gearbox will be coming off soon. maybe the clutch pressure plate is stuffed or the clutch fork pivot point worn down which causes the clutch fork to go on a funny angle and not push the clutch pressure plate all the way in... or the clutch fork is worn down as well . have seen a few wear out and cause isssues. see here for some details..

about right , except the odd bargain v8 one or super scruffy calipso 525i one's brendan still has the vtec powered one in his drive way engine coolant problem , trans is juckky , scruffy interior , nice paint job from someone's brother

yes and maybewill be stripping the 328i coupe in the next day or so engine sold. so will check the state of the shocks etc .

also this came in today nz new 94 325i cosmos black coupe 169k's 5speed manual black leather sport seats. good engine and gearbox kit for a e30 etc light weight wheels

looks like a good one all the good later features , no sunroof which is a good thing nz new , the alot better ZF trans . 3 spoke steering wheel ews etc go for it

very nice rx's the vanos v8 make good power and torque . they are a few supercharger kits out there for them. i have one for that runs ok , except it has worn timing chain guides etc , maybe use the parts from your cooked one to fix this one up. cheers brent
