Easier to show you rather than describe. If you come around tonight as I am about to put the front kit back on.
-
Road & Track in Lower Hutt has it in stock, will cut to the length you need. Have a look at mine if you like.
-
ol just send pm
-
Hey Justin, can you post up some pics of engine, interior and boot? Is itleather or cloth interior?
-
Hey there big fella, have a great day

Take one brick...

The 200 head is E21 and prior and was also used on the 525e. The 731 head should be on all other 320i / 323i E30 M20 motors. I understand you can match the 325 manifold ports to the 731 head, but have not done it myself.

Alpina Wheels are hard to find, have some Hartge 16x7 coming soon...
-
Jono, I thought you were going to write up your project step by step, looks like it would help several others too. Jono has done a very neat conversion of a 635 M30 into his E30 race car. First day out last Sunday - How did it go?
-
Looking good, Nathan
-
Next you will be telling us off for going off topic...
-
What? organise a do and then not invite yourself?
-
Speaking of which, aren't you organising the next session?

Use something sharp, or even a screwdriver to act like a cold chisel, and destroy it. Just try not to damage the nut. Oh and much easier if you do this with the trailing arm still attached, so you can use the hand brake to hold against the nut when you loosen it.
-
There is a locking washer that holds the nut tight. Unless you remove this first, undoing the nut is very difficult. But sometimes you have to destroy the washer to get it out.

I thought Alpine White 1 was preface lift, and II was for the facelift cars (and I have one of each so I should know, I suppose...)
-
Good luck with the sale Laurence, you have done a great job with this car. Let us hope it goes to a deserving owner.
-
Your friendly parts man has it all...

Have a 2.7 short block, has the high compression flat top pistons, was thinking $400, am in Wellington. Let me know if you are interested. Would use Mainfreight to send to you. Also have a complete 320 facelift motor with all the 1.3 motronic electrics, good head etc $300 And a 325 ecu with copy Alpina B2.7 chip And a set of headers that need some work but were professionally made at some point. Was thinking $1000 all up. PM me if interested. Cheers...Stephen

Driver magazine for new stuff, and Classic Driver for old(er) stuff. Best NZ magazines of their genre.
-
Or at least use your work car for the Police chases!
-
Belongs to a friend of mine, it is in Auckland and I have not seen it, here is the TM link http://www.trademe.co.nz/Trade-Me-Motors/C...n-233805392.htm

Have some, of course.. Just add them to your shopping list when you come for the interior stuff
-
If you get stuck I have a couple of options you can try, not the same as yours though but they will work.

Can do a facelift M20B20 complete motor with loom computer and all accesories, plus 2.7 high compression shortblock, plus Alpina C3 2.7 chip, plus headers (that need some work) was thinking $1,000 as a package - some assembly required!
