Hi all. I was wondering if there is some online guide or websites to teach me about the basics of suspensions in cars. My knowledge is capped at springs and shock absorbers pretty much. I wana know what the key componants are, what they do and what symptoma arise if these parts are worn/getting old. Thanks

A friends dad bought a 7er brand new on a 1/3 1/3 1/3 paymenr plan which was 100k each year. Paid 100k upfront got the car. Next year had to pay another 100k as second installment, and car was now worth 100k. The year after, paid another 100k and car was worth 20. Now go figure.

Hi all I am looking for a bmw under 6k ish but can increase budget depending on the car. ONLY looking at the following models: - e36 coupe msport 323/325/328 - e46 coupe 328/330Ci - e46 sedan 330i - e46 wagon 325/330i - e39 sedan or wagon 530i msport I am specifically only looking for msport varients for the e36 or e39 but open to non msport for the e46 models. I know 6k isnt much for the nicer e46/e39 but budget is quite flexible just trying to find a cheapish daily but will consider others if i like it. Let me know what you have Auckland or close by only plz no south island

Funny thing is its a standard configuration (3 letters 3 numbers) but its actually a germanplates euro plate. Its a friends friends car and available for sale. 2003 i believe, jap import sub 100kms and generally pretty tidy.

Eg 1. 1999 E46 318ci same as M3 but better fuel economy for a fraction of the price! Eg 2. 750li 250,000 kms mint condish one careful lady owner, these cars were $200,000 when new!!
