  1. Your car does have central locking, as in lock/unlock the drivers door or bootlid to lock/unlock all doors. The key in your photo should be the main key. Not the spare. As far as I know e36 models did not come with a remote key. So no, your car won't have "remote central locking" to lock/unlock via buttons on the key.
  2. own photos uploaded. all offers considered. thanks

  4. I bought them from the seller shown in the link, they were in worse condition than it was shown in his photos and have since been cleaned up. If you look at the phptos, there are only pictures that show the wheels front on, but there were stains and marks all over the sides of all the spokes, I didn't really want to buy them but I had to drive over an hour to pick them up and didn't want to waste the trip so I got them. Spent $50-100 on cleaning products which did not work to clean them up and had to get a professional to get the marks off the wheels hence price reflects this and the time and labour it took to pick up and prepare the wheels for sale. Only reason they are for sale is because I had originally planned to put them on a car which I am now selling (pending sale). I haven't had time to take and upload own pics as I'm not near a computer most of the time. Will get round to uploadin detailed photos of the wheels over the weekend.

    2014 BMW X5

^my thoughts exactly. really like the look of the performance edition (?) of the previous gen x5
  12. the fact that its a 318 (not a 325/328) 4 door (not 2 door) with high kms (relatively high for a 1997, unless its been living on the highway but still to the average buyer the kms are high) puts my estimate at 3-4k even with the goodies such as leather seats and msport bumpers etc. you mention its SA built, does that mean it was registered first in SA then imported later on? or just built there and imported to NZ as first place of registration? anyway due to it having a rare colour, you may be able to push for 5k (awesome colour btw)
  13. the good and bad sides to owning an obvious p plate.. haha ive seen JRR on a red ferrari f430 and a JRP on a 09' bmw x5 anyways back on topic.... spotted a very cool E61 m5 wagon in silver/grey parked opposite rydges hotel just before with the plate BMW M.... such an awesome car
  14. Just saw that m3 in the city like 10 mins ago lol
  15. Not really related but some dealers are a**holes and some are just plain awesome and a joy to deal with. It really just comes down to the good cop bad cop scenario. Whichever makes the sale..
