  1. The new M2 Comp is the only car that I have wanted so badly since the E46 M3 when I first knew about BMW's. It looks absolutely amazing in every aspect especially now with the S55 engine in it.
  2. Wow 325ti!! In facelift too. Great find!
  3. awesome... but then theres this Manual M2 nz new.. https://www.trademe.co.nz/1870888691
  4. nice! its a facelift and well spec'd too it seems with sports seats and multifunction steering wheel! hows the condition of the engine? get a compression test done before you sink any money into the little 4pot just incase of HG failure
  5. just did a 2000kms trip and luckily nothing happened with my non run-flats. I will have to re-think this situation before my next big trip though after reading this thread (not that I didnt know about it before but just thought meh)
  6. Craggy range was absolutely top both wine and food. Not the best photo but we had pork belly and beef short rib also side of woodfired cabbage sides.
  7. not really, i mean except for the obvious which is the speed. I would rather drive the 116i as a daily and even on trips its perfectly fine.
  8. i love out F20 116i, its heaps of fun and cheap to run
  9. still keeping an eye out for a manual E92 M3
  10. Boot badge is in the wrong place but otherwise 18/18 from me
  11. ive got some BBS RG-R 18x8.5 ET38 if you are interested
  12. wow burberry boot cover! hahaha but in all seriousness, it actually does make a lot of sense for your intents and purposes. GL and looking forward to the progress!
  13. Craggy range was fantastic and the peak’s views were amazing. Well worth it.
  14. Unfortunately nope. Just arrived in napier and will be going through to ohakune and up king country
  15. Booked accomodation at crown in ahuriri so looks like its indian for dinner. Both me and my gf love indian food so this is perfect. Was thinking craggy range winery for lunch.
  16. Since this is a bmw forum..
  17. Got up at 5am this morning for the sunrise and drove the 35 route a little bit up to pouawa then back. Lovely coastal road.
  18. Just arrived in gisborne day 1. Whakatane and ohope was nice. Opotiki was... a bit scary..? Also had the worst coffee ever of my life there. Should have got one in ohope instead. Drove through the gorge to gisborne. Very cool road plenty of easy bends and some nice straights. In gisborne now and drove around the town and up and around the hill. To be honest not much to see but the sea views are amazing. tomorrow is early morning to napier and hastings winery maybe? then back to napier to sleep. Any suggestions on places to go in gisborne or napier? Im already in gisborne now so a bit last minute but who knows some people might see this anyway
  19. the registered year is irrelevant in this case. what is the registration of the car? Regarding USB input, what we did with our 2005 E90 was to retrofit the stereo unit from a 2011(?) model to get USB and bluetooth calling function but in the process lost the hifi quality sound.
  20. no idrive no problems its good you've got the msport steering wheel which is a million times better than normal on the E90. Im not a fan of the standard leather seats though, feels cheap and unsupported
  21. very nice pair of cars you got now..
  22. What was the selling price or listed price? btw saw this a while back
  23. We dont really use it much so might just see if anyone needs a cheap runaround car. Spent a lot of time to tidy it up and it is in pretty good condition. The engine is healthy as (19x,xxxkms) and rev's up easily. its a 1998, genuine msport, sunroof, black interior all re-done, automatic, e46 centre armrest fitted, fake alpina badges all round Not sure what its worth but would be happy with 2k or close to it. Here is a link to the thread I made when I got it.
