  5. i think it cost me about 100 for 4 17x8 rims with tyres akl to welly depot to depot, i collected them.be warned only two will fit in the boot of a e34
  6. a high mileage car that shows its been well looked after is no problem. However a car that is described as a stuffed interior and a broken bumper doesnt sound like the above description....my view.At 147000 ks my 535 was pretty mint.At 260 odd ks its in just a good condition in all respects with a complete service history.
  7. could be just the pad wear indicators.See if you can download a manual if you dont have one.
  8. huh?!do you know enough about 8 series or this car to sabotage this guys sale?I would say by the description of its recent care that it would be a good car(or at least well maintained)For a 1990 car and that mileage it looks in very good condition! I have absolutely no affiliation with this seller,I really think that comment is complety unwarranted
  9. i did not have any symptoms of a blown headgasket aprt from;Miss at start up,firm hoses after a long period, slow use of coolant

    Actual Speed

if you do the posted sped limit accoroding to your speedo(assuming coreect wheel and tyre size) you will NEVER get a speeding ticket because you will a lways be doing less than the actual speed your speedo is saying

    Actual Speed

sppeedos are ussually optomistic by a good margin, the theory is the manufacturers cannot be accused of having speedo that reads UNDER the speed you are actually doing.Perhaps its all a plot to get us all driving slower.
  12. prolly be able to use a battery half the size
  13. give me a dimension across the flats,i think i have a spare although i may already have given it away
  14. I think not.....imagine......i was just moving it onto the lift and.......
  15. i can appreciate the time effort(and no doubt $$$) but i just dont get it
  16. i will admit to the fact that i just dont understand
  17. proper fog lights dont cause any issues its the driving lights on commodores Falcons etc that are a pain.Rear fog lights however......(here we go again)
  18. i am afraid that you have a blown h/g.The hard hoses are a result of the system being overpressurized.if you keep doing it you will also blow the rad.Mine was like that.when the car has cooled a bit you can release the pressure by loosening the rad cap.The trans line leak may be a small crack in the connection of the trans line spigot to the radiator tank
  19. just make sure you get the proper size tyres.(plus 4) and that you get the correct size hubcentric rings(if required) and well balanced tyres otherwise you will be in instant shimmy land.
