fior the record the open road sign used to delinate the end of what were once known as limited speed zones.....which were zones which were "open road" unless traffic density,or weather made the lower speed(80km hr i think) apply.....at which specific point you were supposed to slow down was a grey area,,,ie much traffic or how much rain

but even that adds up 355 at least per week =17000 or so a year

not even advertised as a manual though...ussually the opposite

apparently the v10 deisel touregs are tourque monsters....My bro has always bagged pajeros but he is a cruiser man..has the new v8 deisel used to have the big six deisel.He alway gets the flatdecks... back to the point though....coverage!!??

nothing to compare those SI roads/scenery...the tourists are a pain but some of the actual touristy things are worth it..ie milford sound,but do the bus thing from q town,shotover jet is a blast....

f it was me i would go straight throgh to Opotiki....then you have extra time there for(in the scheme of things) a small ammount extra driving on friday.....unless of course you dont want to spend MORE time in Opotiki

90l for 500k jeez even my 1990 535 is heaps better than that.....

they dont and they go for ages until they stop....and they will stop and then cost lots to fix,and it s ussually not worth it.

5th gear is about cars,top gear is about jeremy clarckson and his opinion of some cars....

i still do that if i have driven the wifes suzuki the day before...

i usually do the warning...i also warn people of other hazards,ie road works that are just rounfd the corner etc etc...i dont flash and honk road hoggers...i just go ointo the inside lane(indicate of course) and pass e on the inside...prolly too close for comfort for them...i aslo dont flash or honk at "dnagerou driving.... figure they are to ignorant to even figure out what we are on about...

and so are their repairs....its why i left them to go to vero...

never ever use a gear higher than 3rd in a 50 k area....maybe 4th but nothing higher..
