There's a pic of the car about 1/1000th of a second before the one in your pic on this month of the Holcim calendar. Was on the wall at the landscape supplies place when I went in there on Saturday.

Why? There's nothing wrong with the imports - all my e30's have been. If you do your homework on the vehicle properly it will be fine import or nz new. If you don't nz new won't protect you from a lemon. They're so old and done so many kms now, you shouldn't be using that as a reference point. I've seen some crappy low kms e30's and some mint 250km+ examples. Bas your decision on an inspection, not on where it came from or how many miles its done.

We have cars with guttering side skirts all over norhtland lol. Its the Marley body kit bro! (For rastafarians and stoners???) Anywho - I hate drinking so much that I can't remenber ANYTHING from last night except it began with a game of texas holdem with tequila shots being the currency and I woke up on the couch of the house next door to where we started drinking. I also hate that becasue its raining today, my test drive of my mates new 50-kt v8 ski boat has been postponed.

Might work if your name was Kate. Or what about "work it" 740?

Thanks Palazzo. The credit check is to make sure they havn't been in trouble before. If they have, then I won't touch them. If they havn't then will see about guarantees. Being a commercial premises the lease will be in the name of their company, with them listed as personal guarantors, but obviously if their personal guantee isn't worth sh*t, then its pointless.

Emma - your friend is hot. Bottlecap your car - will look good. If you were a bit closer I'd even give you some just to see them on it. At first I was thinking Tunnell beach as you're so high up, but you can't drive out near the edge, so must be somewhere up near Tomahawk like Ali said.

Would be keen if reasonably priced. Want to run a base dyno.

Badass. Rear deck on Group C Bluebird - styley! They need to make in-car coms with the commentators compulsory in modern races. Can you imagine that these days? Make them sweat! Half of the drivers these days can't string half a sentence together off the track in a relaxing environment and DJ manages to be witty and on the ball mid-race!

^^^ drunk and its only 8pm!

318 tech II 2-door Doesn't matter if the car you buy is an auto or 320. Strip the kit off and on-sell.
-
For a motorsport maybe, but the look-alikes are going for much less, not mention the odd motorsport that has been advertised at $5kodd and not sold. Show me a msport that has sold for that money recently. Anyway I digress. I bought a tech-II (4-door admittedly, but they are harder to find anyway) genuine plastic tech II-fitted 320i with a blown auto 'box for under $2k. As you know it was diamndschwartz so didn't need painting, and we got the 320i on the road WOF'd and reg'd, replacement auto, serviced with new cambelt etc for another $700 (plus my labour - lots of). It's now Keiti's daily and worth roughly the total cost spent including getting the tech II on my car. It's definately the way to go if you can find one. Only caveats: Mine needs a couple of small plastic welds, paint could do with a touch up here or there, and you're unlikely to find one the right colour anyway.

I've done it. LOTS of work. Would rather spend the same time working overtime and pay someone. That said - was rewarding to say - "I did that" was sh*t job though compared to the pros lol.

DAmn e36's have dropped in price. Love the BBS, never liked hellrot, but that's just me. Go hard Ashkan.

I have a feeling I know who it is from the plates except he says he bought the Bentley in 1985 in London and who I'm thinking of is too young for that. (I think). Edit: No I'm wrong - was thinking of Max Fletcher.

And he's only selling 2 of his 5 merc 600's! Was looking at another car and the "hef" merc caught my eye. Then I saw the other merc and noticed the seller was the same. Not bad garage and I bet it''s only part of it. TM

205/40/16r is small, but 205/40/17r is correct size.

Same with me going from bottles to 17x7's. Except the bottles are $95 economy tyres and the 17x7's are $200+ Dunlop performance tyres. Handling is s big point esp. with a lower profile (less sidewall flex = better turn-in), but my point was really that you should go wider than bottles, but may be pointless to go nuts.
-
It has been discussed before - wider tyres may not give you the grip advantage you are after as grip is related to the surface area presented to the road and the pressure with which the two come into contact. As the pressure is related to the surface area and the mass of the car, the pressure between the surfaces will reduce with a wider tyre. Also, in the wet, the wider tyre presents a greater face to the water - a narrow tyre may be able to "cut through" the water better. Obviously go too narrow and it doesn't work - similarly there is a point where going any wider stops giving you more grip. Find out what width is best and don't bother going any wider - you are wasting time and money. Also, rubber compound is a factor - a narrower tyre with a better compound will provide more grip than the wider tyre with a rubbish compound. Edit: These guys say it better than me. There are dozens of resources with the same info out there. you can rebut alot of it as it is physics in lab conditions - actual cornering, road surface etc make it a bit different, but the point is - wider does not automatically = more grip.

Thanks. baycorp don't provide credit reports anymore - I use them for chasing bad debts, but they no longer provide the report. Will get in touch with vedaadvantage. Thanks.

I need to run a credit check on a prospective tenant for a commercial property I own. Normally I wouldn't bother, but this tenant doesn't appear to have any real assets that I can put a lien on in lieu of a breach of lease, so want a bit of peace of mind before I let them sign. Anyone know who does them? Cheers
