  1. Signwriter can make you some out of vinyl for around $5-10 each. Not printed - three diff colours of vinyl.
  2. Nice. Sell the Beyerns to a Holden driver. I saw a set on a Chevy-badged Monaro, and they looked OK (For a holden). They are correct Holden fitment to my knowledge.
  3. Try these ones. The ones you posted are for initial vehicle registration. Not the ongoing annual vehicle licensing fee. The fees in your link is a registration fee PLUS the normal licensing fee for the period you choose.
  4. Because the acc levies aren't loaded onto the fuel tax like they are with petrol, so you pay more per year. Apparently.
  5. What website? LTSA still lists a lower price.

    The bastard child.

Thought of becoming a panel beater? Looks fantastic!
  7. Plumber's multi-grip pliers with a rag on the jaws to protect the caps from marks. I keep one in the boot in case I need to change a wheel. They do make a plastic wrench, but I don't know where to get them from, and you probably want to do it now.
  8. And they're talking about changing it again. To about $300+ a year for a car. You can keep up with the changes by signing up to email notifications from the nzta, but most people don't know about that. Alot of the rules above are simply clarifications, or relaxing of rules, but the towing speeds one is ridiculous! There are now about 4 different towing speeds depending on the situation. How is this clear and unconfusing??? As per usual its legislative madness.

If you can organise something by Sunday, I'm keen. Call me. I may have to leave home earlier than expected to get there in time for competing. We have many many 327-eater hours under our belts on our side, so should be good fun. Edit: I shouldn't be such a smartarse. I can't find the regs either Em.

I'm going to be in Pukekohe that afternoon. Might go spectate!
  11. Welcome. I'm not a fan of the current rota'd e30's in nz as a general rule (1 or 2 exceptions) as the owners seem to have tried to make them look like mazdas aswell (lurid paint schemes, body kits, overly lowered suspension, and ugly wheels and interior). But a BMW with decent styling and a wankel at heart? I'm all for it dude! Maybe that's what they mean by all BMW drivers are wankel®s?
  12. Damn frog messing up the pic. Still a really good shot. Apex's e30 touring a hundred metres behind me in the same lane.
  13. Nah man, leave my head in there for the ladies!
  14. Haha - you beat my email by about 2 seconds. Will do.
  15. Where are you based? Please fill out the location field in your profile.

TBH I hadn't realised as I've just moved ISP's and my internet is now so fast I didn't even notice. Chris - resize them please. 800x600. No more comments about Chris's pic size please. For all you know he's just making up for something
  17. They're rubbish. Do a search as they have been discussed before. Thread closed as it's about to be filled with smart-ass remarks... E: LOL (Smart-assily)
  18. The 18x8 Style 32's from the e39 and e38 (what these appear to be going by what the guys says in his auction) are ET20. If the stud pattern is the same, you should be able to work out whether they'll fit for diameter width and offset. I think ET 20 is factory offset for e28, and so just depends on factory width. Seems like a fairly big wheel for a car that came out with 14-16" rims factory which would be anything from 6.5 to 7.5" wide. They might fit.
  19. Both of these were good in my Otago days aswell! Good to see they're still there nearly a decade later.
