You sound like Keiti! I like yellow lol. You should have seen the Ford RS500 in Kerikeri yesterday. I didn't have my camera, so didn't get pics. Was hoping it was back today so I could take some for Chris. Bright yellow.

They don't ake much to look fairly good in my opinion - kind of like e30's in that way (although e30s do look better). Its the 195kw 400Nm and AWD for $16k in a fairly sporty package that gets me going.

Link If I could bear to sell the e30 and give up my plans for it, I'd be onto this in a flash. Unfortunately I have 3 cars already and can't afford a fourth.

Pistonheads Found whilst researching some info for my SC setup.

Looks similar to mine, but may not be the same, as I'm sure there are plenty out there the same. Mine was fairly cheap, and not quite the sound I was after - the exhaust shop misunderstood what I was wanting, however, a single 2.25" pipe from the headers with a coby in between means that it sounds more guttural, and thus OK. I was after a more euro note though, and it can drone slightly at lowish revs under load. I didn't get the shop to change it as it was mates-rates and cost and they weren't willing to take it back as it ahd been welded and used, and they weren't making any money on it. I decided to live with it. That said it performs well and I have fairly good comments about the sound. it is fairly loud though and not everyones taste, but I've grown to like it. Screams something awesome over 4000rpm. EDIT: It is different to mine, mine is all stainless for a start.

A dollar to anyone who can find me the F1-themed techno track that features sounds from an F1 race meet. Sorry I don't know what it's called or who made it, and it may even be Le Mans not F1 as I'm sure the small amount of vocals have a French accent. If you are part of the NZ yachting world it is the theme-track played by Chris Hornell on his boat Revs.

I have talked with the previous owner of the Hamman one before. (not the current owner who has it for sale). It is not out of the Hamman factory, but the guy is a true BMW enthusiast (now has e46 m3, has owned m5's, etc) and he added al the Hamman stuff in a planned and fairly precise manner to create the car he wanted with the performance hew wanted. Comparing it to cars that have "just had a few bits slapped on" is a tad unfair in this case. Knowing this, I'd take the Hamman one. Not knowing this, I'd take the stock one.

An I have to agree with this too. Hi-tek (above) knows this first hand, and is more qualified than either of us to comment considering he only recently bought his, and at quite a good price. He then spent the time and $$ to tidy it up and has ended up with a stunning car for less than "market value".
