Probably your batteries load capabilities are on the way out. However after you get the diff sorted. Get it scanned by proper BMW specific diagnostic software. It will most likely bring up the symptoms in real time or at least as a stored fault.

Nah its just that m3s and other higher end cars are becoming accessible to younger earners. Don't get me wrong I was the same back in the day. Driving to fast with 0 f**ks given to anyone. The difference was back then I was driving a 1.5ltr or maybe up to 2ltr with average handling so going to fast around corners wasn't an option. These days cars are a lot faster and relatively better handling with every driver aid under the sun. It breeds a higher sense of false security unfortunately.

Brent: Look to get some extra clear coat on it to repel stone chips for the track. Or get the 3m stuff for the leading edges / bonnet. Keep it all shiney. Julian: It’s in the 540. Looks very very good and much better than the champagne colour. The e30 naturally has black crinkle for the m3 rocker covers.

pro tip. Have a look at the green figures on your graphs .. if the intake temperature (IT) is out more than 5 degrees you will see power loss on the higher temp graph. DMEs compensate quite a bit using an intake temp map.

Chat to Ray about the ones he gets ... cost about 1k but are decent and drive tools till the cows come home. Also have put up with the workshop / wrecker beating.

Get em media blasted then prime with heat proof primer use crinkle black paint. Mine is and it looks awesome. I recommend getting it done professionally as a spray gun is really the way to apply it.

Nice work .. radiator shroud will provide good flow for sure .. Sometimes I wished I did this for mine, but mines not tooo bad
