  1. i replaced my complete front suspension using parts from pelican, think the bill came in around $800NZ. but thats everything, all of your stuff, plus new control arms, thrust arms, tierods, sway bar links etc etc
  2. it should have one for the heater matrix i think??
  3. ALWAYS use a multimeter. NEVER rely on colours to help you out. Pin numbers CAN be used, but recommend you still test them with a multimeter. BMWs will throw hissy fits if you do something wrong
  4. might make it a bit front heavy? id say M42 is probably your most fitting repower option, and they are reletively cheap too.
  5. a better meme would be like a tui add, earthly andy on one side, and then have an M70 V12 in place of the Tui logo on the other
  6. have tried fitting an E34 one into an E30 case before, i couldnt make it work, not to say it cant be done though...? what ratio is in your cab if you know off hand? too lazy to jack my car up to have a look ha, just know its not an LSD
  7. wait stop press, is there a thread on this i have missed?

    2k Cup

a bit off topic James, but do you have that E30 in your signature still???
  9. looking for an LSD diff, something in the range of a 3.64 to 3.9x, or just a center pack would even work. over winter, my cab will be getting a manual box thrown at it, so be good to swap diff over at the same time etc. It has a medium case in it now.
  10. definately not stainless, have seen rust on them
  11. What a shame Bimmersport is full of "brainless boy racers" take the advise or leave it.
  12. i can leave the sticker off for you, you will have to source your own sticker. for the record i do these not for any financial gain, ordinarily be more than happy to go out my way to source stickers etc though that said, if that stripes thing did proove popular, i guess i could organise that, i use a crowd in auckland for this sort of work, but they do have minimum runs etc
  13. lol i gaurentee exhaust manifolds arent plastic on any car ever produced. i think they are cast steel??
  14. after the offer of sharing women, im not so sure what the correct interpretation of everything is
  15. i get that earthy thing a lot actually, neither of you guys are the first!
  16. I put a Panasonic in a place i did up to sell, ended up living in it for a few years, never had a problem with it itself, though sometimes the logic didnt work quite the way you would expect. But it was the best bang for buck at the level i needed, and would definately have one again.
  17. lol so true Geoff. sell the car. aquire $45k spend $20k on an S54 E30 - more than enough power and fun to keep you entertained. spend $25k on hookers and blow.
  18. well thats not surprising now. my neighbours have two identical ones, god knows why. Both daily driven too.
  19. you will find that. with any E30, especially M/S5x swaps, I usually recommend not stripping out the tar in the boot etc that some people (especially on the US sites) seem obsessed with, and also keep the spare wheel in.
  20. what is it? looks like a car but a diesel??
  21. looking forward to seeing this on a 318i
  22. they arent too bad, i find them a bit tacky though personally. no way i would ever run them. I get the feeling the owners here have completely lost interest in Bimmersport though, and in turn marketing it. I have tried a few ideas with them over the past wee while, no acknowledgement whatsoever. a lot of the frequent members here have been screaming out for more marketing and whatnot, but ultimately we do not own the name or the Brand. whether thats the case, i do not know. Can only offer what I do know.
  23. whats it worth to ya? probably looking around $100 plus getting it to you. its a pretty low milage unit, and shortest ratio you will find for an E30. If your 320i is an automatic, then you will most probably have a 4.45 now, its the correct ratio for the car.
