Dude - Tint magic (Auto Interiors) have done most of my vehicles - good service, great job, but charge arm + leg (quoted $450 + GST for my 540) I've also used Wiseman glass in Fielding - great job (their panel shop boys are bloody good too!!), great service, & only costs an arm........ Product used by both outfits appears really good too - I tend to test harder than most people given what my vehicles do for worrrrk........... Seth in Auckland, needs a tint shop south of Bombay I reckon............ Hopefully that'll all be as unhelpfull as usual from me. Must rush now - theres a bourbon warming up at the mo which is just wrong at lots of levels........... Let me know if ya find anyone else that's worth a nudge ae - I'm at the stage where I'm brought tint off reTardeme due to having another 3 vehicles to do @ the mo......& I'm not spending $12-1400 to get them done........

Looks great I reckon. Various news stories are saying that's filmed in California??? Looks very NZish in some ways to me........definitely a RHD car no matter where footage was taken........

You're right there Graham, re bout how common pi$$-poor service is getting. Irks me bigtime too - same with plebs in diarys etc that carry on having a phone conversation in their national language with a mate, while they are holding their hand out for your money, & I've struck that a few times.......... Bonus being though is that it makes the 'good guys with good service' really stand out for referrals & future work too.........

Ahhh, rodgey that - thanks for the link!!! When people talk about 'steam cleaning', that's not the mental picture that I automatically generate!! Blame for that probably rests with my having to steam clean various engine bays when an apprentice mechanic years ago........!!! The results in the link speak for themselves........

Hmmm - this sounds like a somewhat drastic option to me, (not that I know much about leather bar it looks ok on the right shape, form & gender)...........quick question though for ya BP - leather comes from cattle, of which its waterproof etc when 'alive' - thus, if you were to end up with a dirty looking cattle beast, would it also be up for being nailed with a steam cleaner..............??? Would I steam clean my leather motorbike jacket.................????

Its good when they fix themselves like that...................3 series BMW's seldom do that really. Random question - whats your car idle at when its warm, & in 'N' or 'Park'?? Justin's probably on the right track above, if all the diff mount bushes etc are fine......

While you're outside with the hammer / camera - might wanna shut your sunroof ........ (yea, I know it ain't gonna rain tonight but.........) Cheap as at that price - theres another in Nelson that's cheap too - neither have done mega km's. Personally, I woulda thought wrecking value would be all of that, easily.......
