  1. To answer Paul, in the case of American metal, they are more often than not converted into autos. Even in good ol' kiwiland.
  2. Just one caveat Graham, the car cannot be regitered in NZ until next year (under SIV rules), because of the emissions and age guideline.

  15. praises to the gods! the car is good to go now. no further cost to me, but I feel my premiums may get higher. the control module had some parts replaced and fixed, all seems good now. going to collect it tomorrow. thanks to everyone for the help and advice, especially to Andy.,

  19. Right Jason. Had a look at the car. looks straight out side, wt dog smell inside, tonnes of pet hair. rubberised parts scratched. all functions works fine. opened bonnet, the radiator hose that goes across the top of the engine didn't sit on their mounts right, looked further, radiator hose was a non standard part and there was coolant stains everywhere. stay away from this car.
