^ ah! makes sense, yes, it feels smaller to drive. ^^ would be doing 20k kms a year, 100 or so kms a day, driving to and from work. with occasional road trips. I have 10k (allowed) plus a 2005 Tiida for trade. so hoping for something at that range. Not essential, but desired.

They could have perished due to minor parking lot dingers. my old E34 sedan went through 5-6 rear and front strips thanks to uv degradation and the motorcycle rider menace in S.E.Asia. I'd give them the benefit of the doubt.

Beautiful work!. Achieving the ferrari matt colour is a true challenge, as you will have to get the "cast" look from the paint alone. we have tried to use a matt silver sprayed at a 1.5x recommended distance so you would get a little orange peel. only then you use the red enamel. achieved the "cast metal effect" after 4-5 tins of paint. (using auto enamel, not spray paint.)
