^ the prices did bottom out, but because less than 30k were made, I suppose values are still holding.

http://www.trademe.co.nz/Browse/Listing.aspx?id=645748370 Lovely looking car, lots of miles... the market tells me that the 528is are not as desirable as the 530is.... fair price? should I say it's Avus Blue? (most blues look the same to me in pictures )

^ ... if that was true sir, I'd have bought one

W211 E-diesels vs E60 5-diesel vs XC70 diesel

^ do uou mean you designed it? O_O -
Techno violet E36 cabriolet hooning down Rosebank road.

The E-class diesel intrigues me ,... there aren't many e220cdis around though as it would have been ideal for my purpose. E320 seems to be the more robust car, does anyone here have any experience with them? the 530D would be ideal, but most of them seem to have done high mileages. and then to mix it all up, the XC70 is a good car, but again any experience with them?

^ I think some options on the car would have been a test item, it may have even come without a clear coat?

^ don't you mean Android, Jon? :3 Struggling between an e60 diesel and petrol at the moment. the petrol is 14k and the diesel is 19k. the diesel has done more miles too! but i sit in traffic more often than i do drive. My understanding of diesels is that it burns less idling than petrols, so I reckon diesels would be better in traffic. that alone is worth the extra ruc and rego costs

http://www.trademe.co.nz/motors/used-cars/isuzu/piazza/auction-644943394.htm It's been a while since I have seen one of these on the road. Together with the Starion, they ruled the budget racer roost. This one is priced a little high though.

^ same. And I have yet to play a game all the way through Closest I have gotten to finishing was crashing a 777 in Flight Simulator.

Oil consumption is a worrying sign imo.

^ smaller sized engines sell easier for some reason. (perception?)

Watch that surface rust carefully, also undercarriage rust too. so I suppose it is LHD? salty roads in germany too. the E12 based E24 is a nice machine but personally, I'd look at a post '85 machine, but that's me.

i wonder if it would fit on my Tiida?

But thought it was strange, nevertheless, it is a good price for a huge model.http://www.trademe.co.nz/motors/used-cars/ferrari/testarossa/auction-644305267.htm

attacked the heater core again today. got quite far, just perplexed as I do not see any (visible) leaks. the constant coolant scent when the A/C is on is driving me nuts, heck even when I just accelerate (when the A/C is off) i get a sudden waft of coolant scent, then no more . I just need to get some O-rings to replace on the core piping, and we will see if it makes a difference.

congratulations mate. I totally get the shitty buyer routine... with three cars on sale, I have had at least 15 idiots do the same to me over the past few months. well, at least you have time for other stuff! cheers
