a beter update this time , today she started for the first time in nearly two months, fire poped out the itb's AWSOME.... timeing was 180 out but man i wish i had a video camera cause it looked wicked, tryed again after a few adjustments and she started first pop. at first i was kind of disapointed with the sound but then as soon as the gates opend i nearly fell over. it sounds so agresive beyond what i was expecting so much that i probably wont sleep tonight lol. more updates and hopefuly vid (if i can) this week.

make them solid with ball bearings and shims but you are still left with the issue of lack of oil!

had this issue on a race car we had years ago, noisey as lifters from oil starvation

nothing bar the rocker cover thats how its always been, seems to work fine. at the tuners now so not far away.

well he didnt disagree , delrin is self lubericating like brass but the added grease will help.cheers glen

bump. all offers considerd, hit a cat so is been repaired monday but all is there as it was. need rid off this to get a work van.

to everyone concerned in these delrin bushes i have informed the manufacture and we now have them with a spiral groove to retain grease , currently in stock i have 3 variants of off set cab's standard , moderate and extreme.

slap yourself back to reality . dont sell it, save for something else and never let it go

i done the switch upgrade about 2 years ago and i would have to say il never own another e30 without them , best upgade for buck. nice write up man.
