After getting a new wheel bearing and sorting the outstanding thermostat bits, have just been enjoying driving the car lately in the great weather and a fantastic run of big Auckland meets.
Still saving my pennies for rust and respray over winter but still looking good and singing sweetly in the meantime.

Terrible photo sorry as carpark lights are in holiday mode - a work colleague has a Tech 1 M325i.
@hybrid Josh - think it may be next off the production line after yours?!

$22,900 for a written off M325i - seems pretty crazy!

As luck would have it I'll be in Auckland this arvo, will have to swing past and check it out - I'll definitely be having a bid.
Yeah, he was at the Jahre event - I seem to recall he's been dailying it for yonks?
Surely takes more than that to write off a $30k plus car?

It appears someone got a deal!

Covid era pricing but this thing does look every inch a brilliant example.
I love them in red.

Probably - I'm missing a couple of those clips

A shame it must be certed on 14x6.5 wheels with an M52.

Looks great mate, I wondered who had snagged that one.
Is the car in Auckland still? Would love to check it out sometime.

The rarest of rare - 333i with a Tech 2 kit 🙃
Not sure why you would not return to stock and present as an original car if you had all the bits with it.

Stretched the legs earlier this morning and gave her a fair bit of jandal over a solid 4-5 hours seat time down to Karioitahi beach then up the Āwhitu peninsula - such a stunning rural / coastal setting and the roads are sufficiently twisty and deserted too.
Got some good pics with the E46 up here 3 years ago and essentially recreated half of them with the E30 😂
Great way to start another perfect summers day, off to the beach now and then time to clean the car again for a meet tomorrow.
