Yeah mine's removable too. But I made it out of tube to get extra room for intercooler and radiator. Wills looks good in that it keeps factory mounting for grills and bonnet etc

I have had no luck with Chinese radiators either, problems with not being able to keep engine cool under load. Funny they claim 35% better cooling than oem radiators. I have no problems with a 20 year old second hand oem radiator.

Soon as they come up to my car I spray my washers. They are aimed to the let and right for this purpose

yeah you need to leave all the bolts loose until you get them all in. you need to remove it to do the job properly, its not really that hard...

I've just ordered a item in, $1200 so have to pay gst etc. It's been sitting in customs for a week and still no contact or letter from them... It only took 2 days to get from the US to Auckland ffs. So I have to ring and chase them up about it. I never have any problem getting quotes from Euro Italian, I just go on real oem find the part numbers and send him an email. Have the parts the next day.

Doing the timing gear every 150,000 or 200,000k does not seem like a big deal to me.
