Pretty much sums it up. Lol'd at him saying the rear broke loose violently, looked pretty progressive from the video. I bet he was just fixated on that raised median thinking "oh sh*t oh sh*t" and not looking where he wanted to be going.

I've used http://www.shipito.com/ in the past. Allows you to consolidate packages etc. Always been good for me.

Does not surprise me, one of my recent dealings with mainfreight was also a complete f**k up. Relatively large 40kg wooden crate coming from China. China to auckland was 3 days, from there forwarded on to mainfreight for delivery. Auckland to Hamilton in 6 days via mainfrieght, then from Hamilton depo to a Hamilton address - 2 weeks - they lost it and took 2 weeks to find it. How does it take 3 days for something to get from china to auckland, and then 3 weeks from auckland to hamilton? Even when things do not get lost it seems the transit around nz is longer than going international. Unbelievable.

I thought it would be more than engine speed and gear selection. I thought engine load would of at least been another (iirc, when I was doing princess's trans it used injection pulse width as load). Cant remember what gearbox princess has, but there was only a couple of solenoids for gear selection, 1 for torque converter lockup and another for hydraulic pressure (in this case either on or off for low or high pressure, newer ones are PWM). Hydraulic pressure adjusts how hard it shifts. Probably not as fiddly to do as Micheals was by the sounds of it, but there is still tuning to be done.

What about an aftermarket trans controller?

Hopefully someone hasnt taken them to just cash them in at the local scrappy. Maybe you should go check there?

A dead oxygen sensor left you stranded? -
You could stick a straw up its ass and suck its brains out.
