I simply don't like those A4s. They have minimal space and cost a fortune to repair, like $3k on a 60k NZ new one for a clutch. I do like the E55, but based on a friends S55 Kompressor, suspect they are even worse. At least they sound good though.

If it's complete, I'll take it.

Nice to see you're about still.

Try an insurance broker, pick 3 at random from the yellow pages and see what they come up with. The first time I did this, I saved over 30%, with the same insurer.

When you find it, post it up, I have a very similar problem in the 'vert. Sometimes turn the key and a click or nothing, keep trying and when it cranks, will start every time. Never cut out on the move though, so possibly different prob.

A bloke I work with has an '03 E39 NZ New. He has his iPod connected through one of those tape connector things, is that really the best option? I seem to remember they could be connected directly, or am I imagining things?

In E30 fitment? I think there might be.

Which may be fair enough, unfortunately, they fit the rear aswell.

http://herald-tips-tricks.wikidot.com/rear...-and-tuck-under Yeah, that swing axle rear is a treasure that should be used to this day.

Beware, one of the Sth Island ones is based on a Triumph Herald, suspension and all. Can't remember which one.

My dad had a Series 3 replica, semi pro built, weighed 499 kilos and had about 120-130hp, was quite quick, but useless if you were over about 5'10". I couldn't get behind the wheel. Good fun though and awesome handling (from the passengers seat).

The 3.2 is my fav 911 by far, esp in Turbo wide body. Back in the day, it was tested at 5.4 to 100km/h, it's not slow and not gutless by any stretch of the imagination. Jon Pottinger from the Powerhaus in Wgtn is very very knowledgable and often knows of good cars for sale, he would be well worth a call for info if nothing else.

Just so I'm clear, did you buy the car from them or just get the check done there? If you didn't buy it there, then surely the selling dealer is up for this? Why not try and go half each from them? Cheap fix for both and good pr.

Maybe it's a leap year.

I'm about 95% certain PISH or P1SH is black.

Sorry to hear about your car, brief hijack though. Is that Lexus powered E34 white with a facelift front on it and tan leather?
-
Cheap. Was the buyer on here?
-
To be fair, you've really only had it 6 weeks. . . . . . Go the Touareg I think, the LR 3 is made by the same people, otherwise a Land Cruiser.

A Z3 M coupe race car being towed by an X6 on the NW this morning. Driven by Ray Charles.

I assume that's the same one that was for sale back in Feb. The paint looked rubbish to me.

It's still hideously ugly and the wheel arch vents appear to have been stolen from my mothers Supra.

^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ Annually.

No, you don't have to remove the head rests.
