Only time I've come up against the GST threshold they called me and I paid over the phone. Cant remember the co. though. Was several years ago from Turners. Have something coming which will trigger it again via FEDEX. Will see how good they are.

Certifiers aint scary man. Go talk to one, fix everything you/he can think of and book an inspection. Rechecks are/were $40 odd so not the end of the world. Wait for cert. Remember until cert is fixed to car you dont have one.

Dunno. All I do know is that my 740's are 17x8 E39 fit. Has IS20 marking too which I presume is the offset? Swap ya for a Getrag 420 V8 box...
