lookin at making a dual purpose car..320 engine for racing, 325 for fun....thinking about it...probably wont but am curious. why crazy? brings in a whole new world of timing advance? could always make the 320 run motronic...but wheres the fun in that?

the e30 FL had them on the passenger side, the pre FL (yours) on the drivers to change to e30 FL you will need FL waterpump, hoses that connect the overflow tank and the overflow tank itself. bear in mind that the return to the radiator will swap sides too.

yeah its pretty straight forward...just jack engine up and whack new ones in..the motor mounts make it pretty bumpy....but its survivable...having said that i much prefer the rubber ones for normal cruising....but they cheaper and last longer...take car of it quick before they send the engine into your radiator
