kiwi328i 118 Report post Posted October 29, 2014 Well I need to get them to Auckland then giggle madly. I have to re-bore the centres so they fit for starters. Then I have to dismantle what would be 2 for the front. Buy 2 new inner barrels, that are 2 inches shorter, assemble, polish and mount new tyres. Then for the rear 2, I will need 10mm hub-centric spacers, mount 2 new tyres, heck certification will be cheaper than re-barreling those 2 alone. But, I will take some pics when I get them in, cause the skeptics are going to say...'no flippin way'... Should be fun...like all of the other minor/major projects I have don't to this car...not! kiwi328i 118 Report post Posted November 8, 2014 Saw them in trademe, should of brought the set of 10s aswell! I did some rudimentary maths. The 10's were et39 The 11's were et20 To make the 10's work front and rear would actually require a lot of work, mainly because neither inner barrel or outer lips would work for the front in any iteration. To my maths the inner barrels of the 10's were slightly larger than the ones on the 11's. Having the 11's at a squeeze should mean only a inner barrel change. Fricken huge lip for the front but from my maths its doable, and in any case gets closer to fitting the front thatn the 10's. I was actually going to by them staggered, but considering the modifications I would be having to do, it didn't make sense.
