kevinator9 57 Report post Posted October 29, 2011 Finally got the new starter motor in and running today! Car is back together and runs just as before. Took longer than I thought but thats what I get for tackling a job I have never done before. Starter motor swap for $25 is primo. Special thanks to Ven for all the help and the starter motor. 1rotty 40 Report post Posted November 1, 2011 Wats wrong with the 2.8?? Popped a valve stem seal/#4 doing funny things-rings not well. Pistons nicked the valves.
