I don’t rate the looks of pre-LCI E39s or non-Motorsport E39s generally, so it at least has those two things going for it. This seems to be all about the kit, with no evidence of AC Schnizter mechanical gubbins under the hood. But back in the day it would have been just the thing Yeah I actually think it looks kinda cool, but an Automatic 5 speed M52 (IRC) 2.5 litre with all that kit screams show-not-go.
