Decided it was time to give our delivery/hearse vehicle a makeover. Full M Sport interior M5 staggered Style 65 wheels M5 mirrors M5 LSD 3:15 (replaced original 2:83 dif) Bilstein shocks Still to come: S62 and manual conversion (unless the S85 turns up first) Then it could be renamed a `E39 M5 Touring replica.

Is it the Hall effect one or resistors? I have a Hall effect one here off m52 brand new if you want to try. You'll need to splice some wires but it'll be nothing new to you now ha.

Too late sorry. Wont be doing another one in the forseeable future, done them for 5 years now, supplied well over 200 sets, about 450 plates at last count. Time to hang up the keys to this thread. But someone else can pick up the can now if they want, I will put you in touch with my contacts etc for the better pricing, though he may take the opportunity to increase the pricing a bit anyways, i am still buying at the prices he gave me 5 years ago. Having said that: I do have plenty of the black type stickers here for these plates also some extra frames etc So for those of you that have brought before, you can send me a PM any time now or in the future and I can send you out some stickers. Sorry, no blue stickers available, as they are fitted by the German supplier, I only fit the black ones here. Hope this helps.

Just move the standard e30 booster over towards the fuse box and use an e34 brake rod as it is longer. Just cut and rethread to suit, but do the side with the RH thread, not the LH thread, unless you happen to have a LH die... Or you could modify your firewall and move the booster over to the driver's side using an e36 pedal cluster like I have done in my e30m60, and fit e32 callipers/Audi TT discs and e32 master cylinder. Guaranteed to stop it!

Tbh I drive in a fairly "aggessive" manner, but then I am driving a new model Bimmer so I really don't want to ruin peoples pre-conceived ideas of BMW drivers. HOWEVER, I also read the traffic and predict what is going to happen, let people merge, pull out, etc. rather than completely ignore them so I can spend more time on my iPhone, doing make-up or eating my noodles.

I think the focus of next years Bimmerfest event should be the E36, that will be quite a big deal as there are plenty of them out there and race cars and all. Be good to see some of the M3's battle it out and we will have to pray for fine weather...2015 is the 25th Anniversary of this model, the successor to the E30...what do others think ?

Oh cool. Yeah I work at Xero, which is in the same building as the Paddington, and also on the opposite side of the building (Watt st). Where abouts do you work? Should come say hi Bit off topic, so on topic: Added a missing screw on my air intake box, not sure why i wasn't there. Obvious +5hp.

Complete off-topic, but I for one enjoy reading Ron's posts and hope he'll keep posting despite not being appreciated by everyone...

Read back through your posts. You post as though you've fitted just about every tyre ever conceived to your car and have decades of technical experience. Opinions are fine, but there's nothing worse than someone who makes out that they have legitimate technical experience, when in actual fact they don't. No one likes a charlatan. Take that how you will, but my bet is that it's the reality. My constructive advice to the OP is to talk to a qualified professional.
