hope you got some money back from the seller for selling you 2 damaged wheels not 1 as stated. the seller you bought them from bought the 2x extra 19x10s for $200. http://www.trademe.co.nz/motors/car-parts-accessories/wheels-tyres/alloy-wheels/auction-1117948989.htm I would say stick with 9s on the front and 10s on the back but 10s all round would be pretty mental.. depends if you can make the tyres fit/work with that amount of stretch etc. best to ask a "stance" orientated tyre shop like auto stance highbrook etc

the style 95's only come as 19x9 and 19x10. why would you put the 10s on the front? also running 245 on 10 is possible but would depend on the brand of the tyres - it would look very "stance" but performance is going to be severly compromised and maybe even dangerous.

Highly recommend Autolign in Mt Wellington for install. Also recommend Nolathan bushes, makes a huge difference in handling compare to the old worn rubber one. Sent from my Nexus 6 using Tapatalk

for 7.7k or close to it, i would at the very least expect a cert and all things done proper. I still think its a nice car but wouldnt buy it given the current status/price.

Forums have the advantage they are searchable for information using Google, but Facebook seems to be the common thing for smaller stuff i.e. not projects, just casual hey guys how to get this off etc. there is also the advantage of no fkn pokemon memes on here

your little Honda so called cheap to run, but 8L/100km is very achievable in a 728i, mine would sit around the 9 mark but I'm not a light foot, and it had heavy 20" wheels to spin. ill keep my 10 speakers, 10 airbags, fully electric leather seats front and rare, ample leg room front and back, and a boot big enough far bigger than your practical hatch back. all that and the 7 is a fraction of the price. why be a peasant? about the only advantage i can think of for the tin can honda is the ease of parking it. to get back on track. as detailed with the stats Kelvin has provided above, 728i are not slugs just because they are the base model. far better power to weight than the base model 3 and 5 of equivalent age and they still sold well. if specced with the EDC suspension I'm sure they dance bloody well for a pushing two tonne car, mine did very well as it was on standard suspension, the crap chinese tyres let it down the most when i first got it, but i put some Potenza RE003s on the front and turn in was very good for a car of the size.

What's the costing a on that? I had some wheels arrive today one set of 17x8.5 et35 for use in the wet and a set of 17x9.5 et35 for use in the dry turns out with this offset I don't think I'll need to run any flares now, may just space the front guards out 5mm by slotting the holes that way can run the 9.5's up front with the 265/625/17 slicks

I knew before i brought it was a tad knocky but turned out to be more, no stress just fix it. was ready to drop in just a small set back so top to bottom rebuild, nice motors just full of faults which will take care of them too. Interesting thing compared to the S65 its sort of the same but somethings are alot better on the V10 than the S65

Ive had both and the SEC really felt like an old car when driving and also has a myriad of vacuum hose problems. It did get a ton of compliments tho. The other gotcha on the SEC is the rust.. its got cavities prone to rust in the best of climates but in the UK or Ireland, its horrific. The E31 drives like a new car (ie you dont feel like you are floating at speed, its got better everything in the normal car sense) and is nicely rust proof. It doesnt have the insane vacuum hose problems but does have electrical oddities. On the flip side, 2 of everything means you have redundancy (the other engine bank will run, becomes a 6 cylinder) if fault detected. On the technology and service side; Servicing a CSi isnt bad at all (though I would do most myself).. its bad rep came when it was launched as a technical tour de force in the 1990's. Its tech is very humble and simple by 2016 standards, a new Honda Accord (as a random example) is 10x more complicated. Really, we are talking semi-sequential injection, copper spark plugs, distributor caps (!!), narrow band O2, low PSI fuel pumps (with 2 for good measure) built upon an low compression engine originally made in the 70s! Its complex but revolutionary Z-link rear suspension became standard in (all?) BMWs after it. Technology wise, its little more complicated than a M60 engined E34 (which I loved, had 2) and far behind an M62 E39. I also have a Magnesium engined N52 530i E60 LCI, that thing is !! in complexity, but an amazing engine.

E46 M3 are pretty cheap at the moment and i wouldnt pick they will go much lower if at all, so now would be the time to buy, also before they all have parts replaced with taiwan crap that will break again. find one thats been maintained with OEM parts and you will be away.
