$199 - might end after Father's day. That's a pretty sharp price for the genuine article. https://www.mitre10.co.nz/shop/dremel-4000-4/50-rotary-tool-kit-175-watt/p/169123 FWIW I've had one of these 4000 series Dremels (in fact I think it's actually the same kit) for over a decade now and it's still going strong, so much better than the lessor brands. Adding a "workstation" press adds an enormous amount of versatility too.

Hey trying to make a set. Surely there's quite a few floating around out there

Can testify to this. Since borrowing Dave’s one (thanks again by the way!) I’ve ended up buying myself one and have used it for random jobs way more than I thought I would.

I think the service is coming up due soon. About 9000km left on RUC (paid to 82,000km) Cheers

Hi Nick do you happen to know when next service is due and what the RUCs are at?

Had a MacBook air for years and it was fantastic as a couch surfing machine, but apple definitely realised people were holding onto them as they were great and did the typical software update kill off routine in the name of security and battery life. End result no more crapple in the household other than the wife's company iphone and that is a connection pos. The lack of user serviceability of apple laptops is a deal killer for me.

To the average car buying public all X3s would be the same, but to the BMW cognoscenti the number of similar cars is much less. Six to be exact, if you are looking for an LCI NZ new. You’ve got to pitch your sale to those that appreciate the subtle differences, rather than drop your price for someone who knows no different.

Oft, why would you spend that much to make your tyres look more black? For how long? And you need to dilute and have a means to apply? Seriously, unless you need a multi-month concours car that's just wasting money. Just use something spray-on for short term, or rubber nugget (like the shoe stuff) for longer term if you need it. Save $$$.

Looking at all the posts and prices of parts and vehicles now, it seems no different to the Jap import market and the high prices people are paying for skyline, evo's etc The market will crash at some stage imo cause in my wildest dreams would i have ever thought to spend 15k on a e30 or $1500 for a older model engine. I should of held onto all those $4-500 bmw's i had as a young man that i just thrashed and moved on. Also doesn't help all the smart people realise the time for petrol cars is coming to an end and we may actually be forced to not drive them in another 20 years or so
