And a deal has been reached with Nathan (previous owner from Hamilton) and the M3 Touring will be making its way down the island to PalmNth in the next few weeks to take pride of place in the garage next to its little French brother. Can't wait.....

2 pointsCan I put this here?... I aint no Holden fan...and not a member of any other forum. Put the L76 engine and trans on the bench today to inspect for needed parts. Going to do this before the E39. Subframe. Radiators. Body harness. Diff. Fuel pump. Air induction.Hsv headers...bla bla blaaa. Oh yea..HSV massive brakes... Planning to do a 48hr swap...if all goes well.

2 pointstruth be told id get value out of the documentary channels too. but the real cost is much higher. i am quite productive, but i would veg more if i had more programs to watch.

1 pointDepends on the driving you do, but open road I would expect the 335i to be doing around 7-9l/100km. Our 535i gets about 8l/100 on the open road and it's a lot heavier. In town it's still around 9-11l/100km. I also think the 123d will be closer to 6-7/100. There musta been something up with your Subaru if it was at 19/100. I would hammer on my TT Legacy and get 12-13 at the worst and usually around 10 in town. Anyway, give the 335i a drive.
