If it's for the E91 you have to use genuine coolant for the electric water pump (pump lubrication). There is also a special bleeding procedure that sometimes will only work when using a scanner to activate the water pump. Do not run the pump dry. The venting (bleeding) process must be carried out correctly. We would use 3 X 1.5L bottles when draining and refilling.

Losing a connection in the wiring under torque or something to do with the way you have done this "Kill switch kills ECU power, main battery, ignition and alt" which could also be due to torque and engine movement

The later model sensors work differently and calculate pad life through CBS The wear warning can only be reset through CBS with an appropriate scan tool

We carry it here in stock. It's a special LL 6 speed oil. Needs to be filled from underneath at 45c. The most common leaks are the pan or loom socket. Call me if you like

Firing test shots using a 1.5 meter barrel out at Tapu with my prototype. I'm also going to do a 1.25m & 1.75m barrel and test with pressures. Absolutely satisfied with the results firing a 40mm projectile at 100psi, 120 & 130 psi ..... now to do the sinker, baits & berley frozen bullets moulds and go hole hog with 150psi and catch some trophies
-
You must replace both progressive wear sensors and reset through CBS with the correct reset tool. It won,t work any other way
