  1. I tried 2 and then just got the original modified. All good if it works. I had issues with ABS & ASC warning lights with mine when I tried changing them. I also used the glow plug light for my water level sensor
  2. Faulty ABS control unit with the description you have given... a common problem that normally can be repaired. Ring me tomorrow if you like
  3. The pin configuration is completely different. Keep the Ti dash and get a instrument technician to convert it to 6cylinder
  4. Would be cheaper to get a second hand one off one of our dismantler sponsors
  5. Te Irirangi Drive in Botany used to be good for 240 + Clicks once upon a time
  6. BM Workshop Botany... ask for Ross Ph: (09) 2716636 after January 12th
  7. That's what I was going to do. I was polite and I genuinely think he was just not aware of the potential issues. I'll continue to be polite unless bad feedback is posted. I've copied the Q&A and I'm sure it will all pan out OK.
  8. I'm not sure how to go about this Ron
  9. i"ll see what he does first..... a f**ked prop, damage, paint coming of from fuel leaking, leaking head gasket & corrosion don't add up to "very good" condition
  10. Thanks John I wasn't sure and the owner didn't have a clue...... about anything
  11. I won an auction in the weekend for an outboard on Tardme. I asked all the right questions and was concerned about the prop and general condition. On inspection before paying for it, it was very clear the owners interpretation of "very good" is a lot different to mine. I did not go ahead with the trade in a friendly manner explaining all the faults to the owner. What am I now expected to do ? or does the owner have to let Tardme know the sale was not completed ?
  12. That was a good score Brent
  13. I'd be interested in doing all the PPI faults, but not buying it
  14. Weather / insulation membrane behind the door skin or the door skin clip seals are missing
  15. You would be unwise not to take out a mechanical warranty on your 135i, done 60k, especially if it is an import. Some of what has been previously said is not correct. Give me a call next week if you like. There are good policies & bad
  16. You need to post a price on the vehicle to sell this on the forum- FORUM RULES- otherwise it will be removed again
  17. Ti pollen filters are different to an E36 sedan. They fit from the engine bay side not inside the cabin by the foot pedals
  18. Maybe you should read the forum rules... and BTW... I was not responsible for your missing post... I was beaten to it... just play the game... nicely
