I'm totally getting my bumper resprayed from free when some noob, noobs me.

Hmmm, so in short everyone with a manual conversion is stuck with the auto program then? Mine drives fine, but I would have been keen to 'optimise' for manual, damn.

By waiting I would argue the market has shifted, (which can go both ways). Market value can be defined as: "the amount 'it' should exchange for between a willing buyer and a willing seller in an arm’s-length transaction after proper marketing wherein the parties had each acted knowledgeably, prudently, and without compulsion" Great chat boys

Pretty much. Why has (*insert 'bumped' thread*) not sold? In your wife's case you could argue that they are uninformed purchasers I guess. I would be keen to hear the reasons behind this though, because I feel it still comes back to price. (e.g. 2 identical cars for the same price but her 'service' seals the deal still = the purchaser getting more for the same cost, so price is still the driver)

As someone who has worked in 'sales' in the past it's pretty common phenomenon that people think their own (car / house / business) is far superior and worth more than an identical version that has recently sold. It's like that self-delusion you see on talent shows where people genuinely believe they are awesome. People are entitled to their own opinions, but it irritates me when they start blaming outside factors for why they can't sell their item. It's simple - price. There is nothing else to it. Your price is too high. Also people that post for sale listings but add "I’m in no hurry to sell, if I don't get what I am after I won’t sell it.†Some advice – even if that is your position – don’t say that, you come across as an unmotivated seller. There seems to be a lot of threads lately with people accusing people of ‘dreaming’; rightly or wrongly remember this….

Cool video, thanks for posting. What happened to that Sierra on the first corner !?!

A GIRL driving a black e36 coupe with bimmersport stickers on the rear quarter windows...

Why would you pay $12k for 200kw?
-
I'm not sure if mine has been reflashed? (I think it has), but i sometimes get a little bit of revs hanging in between gears - only on partial throtle. Taking your foot off slightly earlier when changing gears is a 'fix'

You can try uploading your pics to imgur then link here...

What ever happened to *sic? - he used to troll heaps...

If it wasn't for the huge guards it would look OK IMO.

TL:DR Looks way better. Edit

TIL this. I stand corrected. So when I ordered paint from BMW and used the colour sticker from the car its just luck I didnt get the wrong 'shade'? That was lucky.
-
For 30 bucks, I don't know why you wouldn't just get the BMW stuff. I don't believe that if you got the correct code there would be any variance, (save for fading).
-
I've had a few close to $2k in my old e30, but I was being 'proactive'. Doesn't it feel great hearing about other people’s car bills that are worse than yours? Haha. Especially when they are 'non enthusiasts' who drop $5k into a Golf or something. Wouldn't it be cheaper to swap in a new motor than pay $3k+ for a head gasket repair?
-
Cool wagon. So what motor went in? Clear indicators would be an upgrade I reckon.
-
About $30 from the dealer. Come with a clear coat bottle too. Tip: use a cut off cotton bud, just the stick bit for stone chips. (the brush is way too big).
-
Good luck with the sale of this amazing vehicle.

I can't understand how I am the only person with this issue!?!?!

I drove a 'Motorsport' 318i and it felt slower than my e30 318i. If pace is a concern, don't get one.
