IMO I think the gold thinner stripes would suit it better. I personally think they look great on that other E30 coupe. Can't say I'm sold on the bolder style but I'm sure they'd suit your car.

Looks great man. The recaro's look stunning, leather is one of the best upgrades you can do to the interior of the car.

Yellow lights won't pass warrants AFAIK.And applying tint (Film or spray) to lenses also will make it fail a warrant. Although of course you could take it off for them etc. All depends on the testing officer. But you can buy yellow tint film relatively easily from trade me or eBay. Repco or a place similar might also stock it.

Hey guys, sorry for the late reply. Really appreciate all your responces and all the experiences you have shared. The one thing that greatly impacts what I feel about next year is I don't know if I'd pass 7th form. I just don't have the enthusiasm anymore. Finishing Level 1 with Merit was good but I highly doubt I'd finish this year with anything better than acheived. And really the last thing I want to do is drag myself through 7th form hating everyday and then only getting enough credits to just pass. Really interesting what you've said Emily, i didnt realise you could do something to that effect. Will have to look into it. Cheers again guys. Extremely helpful and a lot to think about.

I would really like to hear your opinions on this. I'm finishing up Form 6 (Year 12) this year. Deciding whether to go onto Form 7 (Year 13). I've completely lost interest this year, sick of homework, sick of people's immaturity, etc. Just want to get out into the workforce. have time to do the sh*t I want to do. If I did leave I would no question about it have a gap year at least, definitely work. But to be really unhelpful, I don't really no what direction I want to go in regards to a career. I know for sure I have no interest in doing a 4 year uni course atm, haven't discounted unitec or any institutions like that. I am really looking for peoples experiences, If you did leave at the end of 6th form, if you stayed, if staying was neccessary for your career choice. Would like to know if leaving would be a big mistake. Appreciate your time.

If I had money to upgrade the headdeck etc. I would get one with an Aux input. It is the best way to put your iPod through your car stereo without spending a fortune on a head deck that is actually good at iPod control. I use an actual iTrip. Not a cheap/sh*t fake. Its not that great around town but is pretty bloody good for something that is wireless in the countryside, especially good on roadtrips. But I first heard one in Turangi which gave me a good impression of them.

To be honest mate I wouldn't discount any of the larger 6 cylinders - 323, 325, 328. I have a 323, lived with it for 18 months. Has plenty of power but what do you expect from a mid sized straight 6. Don't know whether you know but the 323 is pretty much a detuned 325. The exhaust is one of the things which strangle the engine, but if replaced with a 325 or 328 system, from what i've heard, can give a 10 hp gain. And for a pretty inexpensive mod ($150) it nearly brings it up to 325/328 power. A CAI and a remap would easily take it over 328 power. I've got a CAI and will be doing the exhaust sometime hopefully. Seriously man, go for a manual! I wouldn't go to an auto, especially in an E36. The smaller, more nimble body deserves a manual to free it up and make it more fun! My 2c.

Why do you need to look at engine numbers man? Anything after approx. 1994 will have Vanos. Anything facelift will definitely have vanos. 320 - 150hp 323 - 170hp 325 - 192hp 328 - 192hp

De Tomaso Pantera at Hampton Downs yesterday . One of the sexiest cars I've ever seen. Also saw it pulled over at the side of the northwestern as I was coming home. Weird.
