  3. PM the Crazy Arab. He's shipped wheels over to Australia and I think he's had wheels shipped down from Auckland.
  4. Omg! You have style 5's! Gold if anything mate. The last thing you want to do is hide the design of style 5's!
  5. That's how I would do it. Just unplug the battery if you're worried about the airbag. Shouldn't have a problem.
  6. Super Cheap Auto i'm assuming.
  7. The E36 wheels are M3 sedan wheels. M Contour is what they're called. Genuine sets are very rare.
  8. This has come such a long way James. Looks stunning. Easily one of my fav Tech II e30's. Just need to find a second smiley!
  9. Indeed it is mate. http://www.carjam.co.nz/car/?plate=abu646
  10. Take the bulb out of the instrument cluster man. Easiest way.
  11. Yes. You wouldn't get a WOF and the warning light would come on, exactly as you mentioned.Ryan, just had a thought. Why don't you cover it in new leather or even suede? I've always wanted to do mine in suede but haven't got around to it. Would look pretty mint if you get someone like retro to reupholster it.
  12. Cheers guys. Will be running down to the bank in 5!
  13. Cheers Peter, so if I go into their bank and deposit over the teller it will show in their account right away. Am I correcting in saying 06 is the National Bank prefix? Cheers for you help
  14. I know if you put through a payment on Internet Banking to an account from the same bank the transfer is immediate. If its to another bank however its done overnight. I need to deposit into another banks account but preferably have it show today. If I go into my bank (BNZ) and do it over the teller will it appear straight away?? Or do it at their bank? Sorry for the stupid question. Internet banking owns!
  15. I'm with Ollie. Seriously cool. BMW don't have the balls to produce a car that looks like that at the moment though IMO.
  16. Well, here's four. Not 535's but so you can get an idea. I would say you're looking at around 3-4k for a good one (535i), 2k tops for anything less than a 535. Obviously more if its mint etc. http://www.trademe.co.nz/Trade-Me-Motors/C...n-249151964.htm http://www.trademe.co.nz/Trade-Me-Motors/C...n-238537598.htm http://www.trademe.co.nz/Trade-Me-Motors/C...n-248384311.htm http://www.trademe.co.nz/Trade-Me-Motors/C...n-247588197.htm
  17. I used the Ados F2 contact adhesive as Ollie mentioned to do exactly as you describe you want to do Simon. They turned out perfectly and hold extremely strong. 5 minutes after I stuck them together I could hold a clip and let the door card hang. Very strong. Still holding strong today. Ollie, I don't know how you did it but you're meant to apply the adhesive on both surfaces and let it get tacky before you put them together. Only half of the strip that I needed to stick back was loose so I ripped it fully off so I could get perfect coverage of the whole thing. If the adhesive wasn't applied to both surfaces or it was stuck together right away then it won't have a strong bond and won't last for long. The Ados stuff is only $10 a tube from memory and I've still got 1/2 left. Great stuff IMO if you use it right. Hope that's of some help mate.
  18. I got mine from that guy off eBay. Very quick postage and customer service. About 3 or 4 days after I won the auction I was going to email him to ask if he had sent it and it turned up that morning. I was extremely impressed. I got the suede version with the M stitching, and the fit is perfect. I got Retro Vehicle enhancements to swap the covers over. Only cost $30.
  19. C'mon guys, give him a call. He's a busy man.
  20. The M stickers don't look genuine. Probably put on by the shop originally selling them. Wouldn't have a clue, there's a ton of aftermarket copies of these wheels floating around. Take one off mate, might have a manufacturing mark or something.
