Glenn knows his sh*t. An m40 is kinda crap so if you're doing the work anyway go to a quad value dohc engine (m42/m44). Obviously this is all just internet waffle so you don't have to do anything anyone says :-) M42 -

Think the cars are fine - the engines you want in them are a little off Different strokes (see what I did there?) for different folks.
