It's roughly $4-5k to convert an auto to a manual. Or you could take the non motorsport and add h&r springs, koni's and bigger rollbars for maybe $2-3k? If the car is in good nick with history then worth considering. In fact I think someone was selling coilovers for an e46 in the for sale section recently...

I used a mech less pioneer h/u in my e30. The black plastic was a pretty good match and it had amber lights. Something like this:

I don't understand this. I've seen a blue e46 cab in the same boat - stupidly high price at a dealer who's been holding onto it for years. Been threads on both of these cars here before multiple times I think. Why over value something so much to the point that no one is interested, then leave it for years so it's in a condition no one would bother with... Is this some sort of tax dodge or something?
