For getting rubber seals to sit flush? I just replaced seal E in the diagram linked to below: e30 coupe passenger window seal So after breaking a piece of the wing mirror interior plate and bending the window trim a little getting it off I get the new one in and it doesn't hug the glass like I was hoping. Also one of the clips doesn't want to hold on to it... Speaking of clips I left them in place on the door then pushed the new rubber down into place. Are you supposed to remove the clips from the top of the door skin maybe and attach the rubber to them using pliers to clamp them down? If anyone has done this successfully I'd appreciate any suggestions you might have

Whoops - it is Racing Dynamics... Still looks good! My gearknob (original M325 leather type) is wearing and a polished wood looking number would be ideal.

So this has been on trademe for an age - I think it was listed at $30k +... Link Now he's saying he'll accept the first 'reasonable' offer I have two questions: 1. What happened to the front seats 2. and more importantly - where do I get an Alpina gearknob???

e30 Thursday! Saw a black sedan with rusted bonnet and roof racks coming down Greville rd at lunch time. Saw a white sedan with tech 1 kit at the shops in Albany. Saw a nice black m325 back on Greville going home - license plate something like driftit. Then saw a nice standard looking sedan on East coast... They everywhere here on the sunny side of Auckland

That thing is gorgeous! But yeah I wouldn't pay that much...

Not being a jerk - but you might find it easier to sell without the trim wrap. I figure this model probably appeals to a mature audience who might be put off by a younger man's decorations. GLWS.

Ok apologies in advance for asking a question related to a Subaru but I figure it's almost allowable due to the part being German So Winger have told me that the knocking noise I am experiencing is worn rear shocks and have (via phone) told me it's $1k for a pair of reconditioned Bilsteins... I've seen some older references on here for getting Bilsteins repaired etc and was wanting to know if anyone had done this recently? If so by who and approx. how much? Any info appreciated - I know nothing about shocks and suspension (other than what I've read on here) so be gentle...
