I've finally decided which car to keep, and as I'm leaving Harvey's after 4 years the payout should be rather nice. I'm using this money to get the 540i reregistered and will fingers crossed be shortly up for sale. Does anyone know what a set of these in a staggered or 10" square setup would set someone back

If these are still for sale when I get my leaving payout next week I'd be interested for the touring

Remembered how much i hated torx bolts. One on the pcv was seized in place, had to cut the pcv off then with lots of hammering and swearing and a pair of mole grips managed to get it out. Fair to say wont be using that bolt again, that was the reason i had to pull the intake manifold off

I hate mine at the mo but i also love it too. Still unsure on which to sell wagon is more practical for me but the 540 is a 540 lol

In between short stoppage's in the rain attempted to remove pcv from intake manifold whilst still in place. had a beer and a smoke, then pulled intake manifold off removing as little as possible.

Yeah it is, did mine. where the monitor pushes through the face plate, you need to trim the vinyl on the leading edge instead of wrapping it round the corners. Because, the monitor is mm perfect and will push the vinyl off

When i tinted the side windows in my mr2 i cheated and took the glass out and used plenty of soapy water and used a foam squeegee, not a rubber one and slowly worked the water out from the centre and then left to dry, that lasted the 3/4 years i had it
