  1. I am going to convert my suspention setup to 2.5' id springs. So that I am able to muck around with spring rates. But I am just wondering if this is possible in the rear as I have not dealt with trailing arms before. Is it possible to have a coilover setup in the rear. i.e. Coil over shock. As I know this must offset all the weight on the arms to the very far edge rather than in the middle where the stock spring sits.
  2. Hey people. I need a left front indicator including plug if possible. PFL model. The parcel tray up by the back window And the plug that the demister switch plugs into and a length of the loom for it. Would prefer someone out East or close to me anyway.   6. A friend of mine recently exported his Subaru Forester STI to Sydney. It took him around 6 months to get it complied and onto Aussie roads. I do know that you must have at least owned the car under your name for a minimum of one year on New Zealand roads.

  10. I am into a more sporty look. I think I am just going to have to get out and about and check them out face to face. And see which ones I prefer. There does not seem to be many listed at the moment though. Will be looking at a 99 E55 AMG tomorrow. Around the same money as the facelift 540's. Higher KM's though. Father has the newer supercharged one so I thought why not.

  17. Been looking at replacing my 180sx and 325 with a 540. But I am just wondering what a Hi-Line model is. Is this the top spec? I had a search on here and on wikipedia but not alot of details. This is apparently a Hi-Line
  18. My 325 was pretty good until I replaced the tyres. I have some crap Kingstars on there now. They are a joke for road noise. I am finding my subframe is noisy too. Obviously the bushes have flogged out. Am replacing everything while I rebuild the motor.

  21. Just put a blanket over the bonnet every night. Then who cares if the cat sleeps there. We have two cats. And this is what I do and it works. Also hate my neighbours cat though. Its a Male Tom. Use to come around evey night looking for some pussy. I got him with a bucket of water a couple of times. Does not come around anymore.

    engine swap.

    Best bang for buck with massive potential. 2JZGTE or 1JZGTE SR20DET are far too expensive. RB20DET's are gutless. You at least want the RB25DET from the RB family. Another interesting swap that I have not seen in the E30's yet would be the VQ30DET from the gloria. Massive motor though. Not sure it would fit.
