  2. i never used to like tech1 at all a few years ago, but it has slowly been growing on me.
  3. ohh just thought i would mention i went up to manfield with a few of the guys off here for a track day and did about 60 laps in the day, 3 rounds of about 20 running constant 1.26 -1.27s and not a hint of fade, brakes felt just as good as the 1st lap.

Hey guys, I have currently got a big brake setup on my racecar, it constists of nissan patrol rotors, 310mm from memory but not sure, mitsi evo 4 2pot callipers, all brackets have been made out of high grade alloy i think, or steel. one or the other. (i did not make this, i bought car with it on.) http://www.bimmersport.co.nz/forums/index....hl=evo+4+brakes anywho. i am looking to possibly sell them as i want to go back to 15s for racing, and the brakes wont fit in anything smaller than 16s. At this stage a sale is not deffinate and im not sure what they are worth so am open to offers/suggestions/negotiations. If i do sell them it will be the callipers, rotors, brackets, and hoses (not braided but they are strong none the less.) anything i forgot to mention or any questions just hit me up. Cheers oli

  6. mechanical injection. they are fuel lines going to the trumpets.
  7. lol. at the ford garage i used to work at, ford had an issue with ba/bf falcon outer lower front ball joints. simillar to that e36 thread link. we used to unbolt the struts, smash out the old ball joints and smash in the new ones. got it down to 15min per side.

Ford NZ arnt but our dealership imported a few of them themselves. not sure how but thats another kettle of fish. they have one there now. i think it has been reprogrammed to give some crazy figures. cannot remember off the top of my head but i know that ford sell an upgrade that consists of a remap and new afm for like 50kw gain or something.
  9. um i kinda remember hearing somewhere about decking the block as the pistons will not come up as far or something like that.

    is this just a one off time or will you always have these available? if so i may be interested in a stage 2 or 3 next year.
  11. the brakes stick when it overheats??????? how hot exactly is it getting? i would imagen if it is so hot it is struggiling to make any power then you may aswell spread butter on it and eat it. As for your overheating i would say either radiator, fan, w/p or thermostat. as for your brakes i cant say ive heard of sticking brakes related to engine temp. cant help you there.

  13. i have a b25. its only .6 of a second slower than a b27 round manfield.
  14. 2.8 more power and a stronger crank. this would be your best option imo
  15. just cover it with that stuff you cover school books with. like a sticky clear plastic sheet. just cut it to cover the holes. cheap as chips

  18. Lol dont forget to cut a hole in the bumper too, and then tape over it when your done.
  19. just remove the rail and injector and put in one off ur old motor. if that doesnt fix it then i suspect a problem in the loom.

  21. did #6 smell of fuel when you took the spark plug out? if not then i suspect either injector or the plug on the injector. just remove your injector rail and replace with your other one.
  22. ^ i got mine off with a rag and meths, worked fine.
  23. heres my stance, 16s from zenetti. king spring super lows all round. will put my compressed springs in the front at some point, they should drop it another 20mm and give it some rake. and one of my e46. you cant really see it too well but i cant find any other photos atm.
  24. anywhere from $80 to $120 depending if it inc injectors, t.b etc
