  3. Ohh will have to check it out on thursday, last time i went they wernt there.
  4. good save by the driver out of that corner. ohh and what is up with this? is this an x f1 car in a hill climb? around 4.20 to 5.00
  5. As in title, need some manual window regulators to suit e30 coupe, pref in wellington area Cheers Oli
  6. 2 2" pipes running through a coby in each then out infront the rear wheel.... lol
  7. there is a black m6 floating round wellington and the hutt on like 19s or 20s atm, may or may not have been the same car, sounds awsome too.
  8. mr loose e36. if driving with just a few drinks or just a few ks over the limit do you think the police and land transport would invest $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$ in advertising campaigns trying to stop people doing it? do you think they have nothing does someone sit in a chair and think "....now lets see.... how can we waste millions of dollars this year?....I know, we can waste it on pointless advertising." It is blatent that even a couple of drinks makes you a hazard on the road. If it didnt then we would not have such a high road death rate caused by drink driving and alcahol limits wouldnt be what they are. From my observation you are the exact crowed all those millions of $ of advertising is aimed at, now loose the arrogance and listen to what they tell you.....

    WARNING

I HAVE to have 205s on my 8" rim in the rear of my e30 otherwise the guard will have a picnic. Just aswell i dont have to worry about wofs...
  10. ive got some but theyre.... not quite legal.
  11. i drove a e30 m52 with an open diff and some good tyres on it and it was horrible tbh. It was super unpredictable and you could not use the power at all. I think you would be safer with a locky, aslong as you are prepared for it to skip out around fast corners and dont mind radical tyre wear. The locky will be very impractical but having a single spinner in a car like that is just pure dangerous.
  12. yeah it would probably be a large case diff. IMO you will be better off running with the locker in your car than the open. It would be alot more predictable.
  13. But think of the fuel you could save on the way back.
  14. you will get about 10k out of a set of r888s on the road,
  15. if it is a medium case and both outputs spin the same way, also try turning the 2 outputs opposite ways, you shouldnt be able to. then it will either be locked or lsd, take the cover off the back and if you cannot see any spider gears then it will be lsd, as the lsd looks like one big casing where the spider gears go. Aslong as it doesnt feel really rough when turning it and that there is not alot of freeplay in the pinion shaft then it should be ok, lsd units dont tend to wear much or brake.
  16. ya pretty sure thats a 260
  17. personaly i never would but i have heard of people doing it without any problems.
  18. i dont get back from taupo until friday so cant do until next weekend.
  19. it depends what you are testing for. an oem one will be better at filtering but not such a good flow, KandN are in the middle with filtering and flow, I think the likes of bmc and simota are good for flow but crap for filtering, The flow will make you go faster, the filtering will keep your engine in one peice I run a kandn on my racecar with a cia and it made a noticable difference than the oem one. but without a cia i think you would be better off getting a kandn panel filter.
  20. Hey guys, Need 2 crappy 17 inch wheels to fit e30, not fussed on design colour or condition, just need 2 of them and they need to be good enough to seal a tyre on them. Pref in wellington Thanks Oli
  21. if you havent fixed it by weekend when im back from taupo let me know.
  22. when the ign is on and your lights switched on and the bulb is in and everything plugged up put a multimeter from the neg terminal on the light socket to a part of the body, like a bolt that you know is earthed, if you have it on volts setting you should get a reading of les than 0.5v. that will make sure it is earthing ok. put multimeter between pos terminal and the same bolt u just tested from and hopefully that will read battery voltage +- 0.5v. If your earth is ok then follow the wires back to the nearest plug, or where they join to the other lights to get power or whatever, check at any point you can along the pos wire for power, go from on the wire to ground and check for battery voltage with multimeter, keep following it back until you find battery voltage, at the point that u find voltage is the area of you problem.
  23. wow, that is one sexy mustang. i like it
  24. 4 options, (realisticly speaking. without going mad on money.) 1, find the chip and put it back in the key. 2, get a new key, ews module and pcm all from the same vehicle. 3, go obd1 4, go link IF you can get the pcm reflashed to run without ews it will probably cost more than a link.... Trust me ive done this conversion.
  25. Was just wondering how a toyo ra1 compares to a r888? ie wear, wet weather grip, dry weather grip?
