Damaged 318is manual One of you Hawkes bay boys should snap this up and part it out.... nice Motorsport leather interior, manual, kit etc. At 2k you'd certainly make a profit.

This has already been done.... with an M50 in a DX sedan. Do a search on Youtube for it... there's quite a few vids.

Paintwork looks good and the colour coded grilles are a nice touch. Not a fan of the one piece headlights though.

e46 m3 springs for an e36 sedan???

Nope. -
There's a very simple solution to this: Don't brake.

Yeah... empty it Flux!

Sorry to threadjack, but a related problem: My heater only blows hot when I stomp on the gas.... is the problem that I have air in the cooling system and need to bleed it again? Cheers!

Open the boot. Pull off the trim covers Unclip the wiring harness Grab a 10mm socket wrench, undo all the bolts. Wiggle the light free. Re-installation is reverse of removal. If you're putting on DEPO lights, be careful that they seal tightly against the bodywork. If there are gaps water will get in and could play havoc with your electrics.

I drive like I'm carrying a basket of eggs in my boot. (Or so my girlfriend tells me). Hey, the faster you go, the bigger the mess the bugs and dirt make on your windshield!

I'm selling this carkit which I received as part of a mobile phone deal. I really don't need it as I only use my car on the weekends. I have seen one these kits in action and it's really easy to use. You just need your bluetooth phone somewhere in the car and it will display your phonebook etc on the LCD screen ready to make calls through your car stereo. These kits retails for around $400, so throw in a bid and potentially grab a bargain. Trademe

There's this 320i for sale... could be a good buy. 1986 320i coupe

On Campbell Live just now, John just reamed some Vodafone bloke about the pricing structure of the iphone plans! Brilliant! As much as an iphone is a cool piece of kit. I don't need one.... plus they're going to be hideously expensive. I'll stick with my Nokia 6275 with 2 megapixel camera that I got free through work along with a free Parrot bluetooth hands free carkit, $300 credit and 26 cents per minute on/off peak calls all for 26 dollars per month! Damn I love Telecom business plans!

A tired battery will play havoc with the electrics... check that it's running at it's full 12 volt capacity. Also, it could be your instrument cluster having a spaz...may need replacing.

It could go either way on this one. If the light was green would you have had enough time safely make the turn in front of the oncoming car? As for you being issued a ticket for not waiting behind the line. I was taught to drive by an AA driving instructor and he told me that the first car is always entitled to move to the middle of the intersection to prepare for a right hand turn. Subsequent cars may not move into the intersection until the first has made their turn. On the plus side... looks like the big german tank took the punishment like a champ! Hope everything works out for you!

^^^ Techno-violet is hawt! Never thought I'd like a purple car, but there you go.

Because saying something like "this is a nice car, so nice I'd buy it if I had money" is a way of complimenting the car and the owner for looking after it well. May I ask why you're perusing this thread? This car clearly has too many k's on the clock for you to consider buying it!

Look at your watch the next couple of times it does it.... if it's happening at the same time it's the memo function on the OBC. The user manual will tell you how to turn it off.

Oh whoops... they were some other wheels I was looking at!!! That would be one pimping E30! I meant these ones!

Here you go... click me!

The ones on Arro's E34 are also reps I believe. They were made by Advanti. My wheels are a similar style called the "Essen" I'm not sure if the 5 series version had the same name. They do pop up on Trademe every now and then, should only sting you a few hundred bucks for a set.
-
FYI they're reps too... not sure if you're fussy about genuine ones though. Also, if they're made for E36/E46, the wheel width might also be a problem on the big 5 series.

Speedy trips to the dump?

I'd recommend Auto Sound and Security... they did a good job hooking up an Xbox 360 to the Nav screen on our work VE Commodore Ute. Also fitted Subs/flat panel TV etc in the cargo tray. Soundworks.... don't go there, did a shocking job installing my headunit and ipod. Broke the glovebox vents and drilled a shoddy hole in the glovebox for the ipod cable to go into.

Are you getting a full engine-out repaint?

No, he's just playing an incredibly late April Fools joke.
