Have a couple of mates who were taken for a blast in one of these by the Alpina factory test driver - they were four up and clocked 293 clicks on the autobahn -

Don't know a lot about it except it was being driven very gently every time I saw it, so would imagine it is in quite good nick mechanically.

They are the same wheel some of the race series guys use and are worth 100 to 125 second hand.

They look the business Jon. Don't forget the X pipe when you assemble the system. Can I mention heat wrap? I wrapped the expensive header set on the first race car (Red 318) and the heat cooked the metal. I had to throw them away and start again. I would recommend HPC coating them if you can manage it. Would be interested to get comment from others if that's ok with you!!

No, the M3 is still in one piece. The cooler is for my road 320i which has just been upgraded in the engine department.
