High praise indeed - can't disagree with them -
Might pay to fix those little rust spots on the floor while the carpet is out.
-
Good on you Ray - I feel the same way although a bit spoilt for choice......
-
I know where the wheels came from and the tyres are 14 years old - just saying.

Last time I looked on Pistonheads they had a Sport Evo listed for 112 thousand quid - in my opinion this one will probably end up overseas as that is where people are paying these prices.
-
Car sold pending payment - close to asking price as well. Well worth the money, it is a minter.

I have driven this car and it runs as well as it looks - amazing and in my opinion worth every cent.

Thanks everyone for your input, I agree with you. It is only worth what someone is willing to pay. I will let him down gently!!

I have a friend who is wanting to sell his X5. It is a 2004 X5 4.4L V8 Motorsport, Black, Facelift, NZ new, one owner, 37,000kms. Full service history from day one. I have driven this X5 and it is like a new car. There are absolutely no blemishes inside or out. Garaged under a cover all its life. Dilemma!! What's it worth? My thinking is low to mid twenties, my friend wants considerably more. Before I gently let him know the real price I would value your considered opinions.

Wish it was me Allan - timing not right. Hope you found a good home for it.

Have done two 2.8s. One, a red NZ New 320i SE 4 door is running standard 325i cam and exhaust with a 240 box and a 4,1 open diff. The other, a black LHD 320i auto 2 door with full Mtech kit now has a 272 cam, SS headers, a K&N, 260 box, 3.73 open diff (soon to be LSD) The red car is a real cruiser and does every thing really well whereas the black car is a riot and a hell of a lot of fun. I definitely recommend the 272 cam if you are going to do this conversion, the difference over the standard 325i cam is well worth the investment. Scot from GER supplied the cam. Both engines were set up the same with the standard 325i pistons, M20B20 rods and an M50 2.8 crank. I also used the 325i ECU and AFM on both cars. Good luck, it is well worth the effort.

I have just put a set of these wheels on an E30 and the tyres are Hankook Ventus V8 - no complaints so far.

Forgot about that one - it's repaired and has a passenger seat

Hi Mark The M3 is black, the 320is (Italian M3!!) is silver and LHD, the white car is a basic 318i auto but I'm sure it could be tarted up for the occasion. Then there is the LHD 320i (328i) so the choice is yours. Don't forget the red 320i SE as well

Hi Mark I think I can help you there. I have four coupes (2 black 1 silver & 1 white) and my brother has a red sedan. If you wedding doesn't clash with a race meeting then we could in business. Bruce 0275335330
