I love the Dakar Yellow, it was BMW’s "hero" (no gay pun intended) colour when they launched the generation 1 E36 M3 and nearly all press cars were that colour also. Gotta have orange indicators and no spoiler though, the orange contrasts well with the Yellow.

As am I, have brought a couple brand new that have depreciated faster than a sinking rock in the ocean, I got to chose the colour though and there wasnt a scratch on them. Will stick to a few years old now with low KMS. Can’t stand seat covers on good seats, they should only be used to cover up worn ones.

Lol, x2 Why is it Bogan?? I was expecting Cragours and a little boy pissing on ford sticker. That’s nice, it’s the far superior Evolution model, Swap the lights back to stock and id hit it. A black M3 EVO must be hard to find.

So what you want is a 318is then.

I would say $800-$1000 for an installed Dynotron/Cyclops would be about write, should take the installer the best part of a day to install. Also, make sure everything is set correctly after installation, lots of guys get lazy and skip installing sensors, alarm the car and use your key to open all doors, bonnet and boot, the alarm should sound when any door has been opened.. Also, set the alarm when in the car and start clapping, this should trigger the glass brake sensor! Sounds stupid but you would be amazed at the amount of cars with missing sensors due to an incompetent installer being unable to link rear door/boot sensors. Jamie at Pro Custom Installs. 0272707426. He is mobile and covers most of Auckland, buy him Wendy’s and he will love you long time. Retails Kicker and Cyclops.

They actually look really good, every Taxi has them fitted in Thailand. I would sport a set if I had open spoke wheels.

Generally if an old car has a well maintained factory paint job it is a good indication the rest of the car has been looked after, also shows the car has been garaged and loved. I like Black but it looks absolute rat sh*t on 99% of old cars out there, and is a full time job to keep looking fantastic. A boring Silver car will often look better on its worst day than averagely clean Black car. Would only buy black if the car was new or near new or was freshly painted. I have an E46 off to the painters next week that is dark blue, it’s going to cost 2k to have the bonnet, bumper and guards re painted and blended, but if the car was silver you wouldn’t even notice the deep stone chips.

Most people want a job done on the cheap, they get what they pay for. There are a lot of opportunist cowboys out there that take full advantage of these tight people.

Condition of paint is my main concern, different shades suite different shapes. Big fan of white or silver with a pearl.
-
How the fork could that had ever been a good idea?? No matter how high or how drunk there is no excuse. Maybe he put the wing on to detract from the stupid wheels, like when an ugly chick gets a really out there hair doo.
-
Would look deadly on my 1.3 Corolla..... Maybe get some widened steelies, polish the lip and stick these in the centre.
-
Nice one, these headers really open up the power above 4k so will complement a S/C set up nicely, will make it run slightly leaner.

Im more than happy to borrow your Supercharger for a week or two if you need assurance they will fit, im just a good guy like that Go for it!
-
Tried that, hit it with a blow touch also… snapped two keys then hit it with the drill and a large hammer. Would recommend buying two screws if doing the job, will make things a lot less frustrating.
-
Nice, looks good all cleaned up. The rottweilers in beautiful condition also

On a side note, you will need to order the locator screws/bolts for the disks if they don’t come with the disks, the old ones are near impossible to remove without drilling out. Wish I had have seen this special earlier as I just replaced mine.

Strip your car, Take all the seats out the dash anything that is not speed related.. Works for the E30 Racers. A pod filter will make it sound great giving a placebo speed affect, mine sounded at least half a second to 100kph with a pod.

How many times have you accidently back skipped when searching for a artist on your IPod or skipped a song when going for the audio menu!! Another peeve is the fact it has all the devices you don’t have present in the source menu, why can’t it only display what you have?? It’s a deck anyone older than 15 will have serious trouble relating to. A member on here was selling one of those P80RS decks not so long ago, maybe hit him up. They were 2k new. Wish I had of gone for one, even if they are down on features.
-
I have the same deck. Hate it. This looks the go for $500. http://www.paulmoney.co.nz/shop/cddvd-rece...-cd-tuner-inclu

I hate Pioneer. The control button drives me mad, unless you are on a perfectly smooth piece of road it’s very hard to make adjustments, and you’ll need to as the d*ck heads at Pioneer have put all functions under the control of this knob (even pre set radio stations), its oversensitive and makes me question if anyone at Pioneer has ever driven a car. The IPod interface is also infuriating, it can only jog through the menu one name at a time so if you have a well loaded 80g I-pod like mine, you often don’t find the desired artist until halfway through the trip, and when you do find it you’ll hit a bump and end up back in the main menu. To top this all off it looks gay and has bulshit themes that flash blue and black all the time detracting you from the road. This was last year’s second from the top model, I couldn’t stomach the top of the line as it had a colour screen. Sound quality on the other hand is fantastic, it has good control of both my amps and has pre settable equalisers + a few preloaded sound modes. Had I not been given it as a present and had I not had an account at Pioneer I would have most defiantly gone with the far superior Alpine product.

I could live with a 550BHP SUV

Anything in-between 15 to 600km. Some weeks the car doesn’t get started.

It makes me say the f word and get my clay bar out… Using that paint cleaner is like using a slip and slide without a hose
-
Haha, I admire anyone that uses a paint cleaner as opposed or as well as a Clay-Bar. Best find someone with a few products lying around, I usually start with the least aggressive and move my way up. Paint Cleaner. Colour Restorer Polish. Scratch/swirl remover. T-Cut. Metal Polish. Sand Paper… Once desired result is achieved I use a cut and polish then wax.
