Popped a valve stem seal/#4 doing funny things-rings not well. Pistons nicked the valves. Pull apart to find 2 pistons dont match..WTF Starting to piss me off haha but we'll get there. Total top to bottom rebuild this time

The registration bears absolutely no relevance to a cars authenticity. There are a number of distinguishing features in/on Alpinas & other specialist e30s.

If you were looking for one,at that price, you'd definitely want to have a look at least

The 240 box is still fine to use in your car tho. Look at the positive-might be costing an extra 300 but you wont have to worry about the clutch in the future.
