basically no one really cares about your aftermarket angel eyes or tinted tail lights and ive done both on my previous cars. have been pulled over by a cop for having completely black taillights on a black car (when in use all the lights light up fine though) but he told me to remove the black tint or get new taillights and let me off with a warning. never bothered to do the black taillights thing after that. what i think is really stupid are those holdens and ford suv's with blacked out front headlights that basically renders the headlights useless. its quite common now and dealers do that for you if you want when you buy a car! its crazy..

no and no. any kind of angel eyes that dont come factory fitted are illegal (this also includes retro fitting it to e46's that done actually have it even though the newer e46's do come with it factory) and kind of modification done to the lenses of any lights are also illegal (tints, spray tints etc) people still do it and most wont get caught even at some wof stations!

thats just ridiculous. denting a bonnet or roof is something that i would classify as a careless mistake or poor workmanship. but purposely cutting something out is just purposeful and intentional damage.

Ive had good experience with smith and smith guys from penrose ellerslie area. Fitted a new front windscreen to a subaru legacy no problem and did a great job. I think it comes down to the individual doing the job. The person who did our car was very passionate and talked me through the entire process!

i quite like matt farah and his tuned shows. this one wasnt very fun though. car is awesome still

this is especially annoying if you are trying to turn left and would totally get through if the said car actually stopped properly not leave a huge gap! then you beep the horn and they give you a death stare as you drive past as if you disturbed them in some way. idiots. i also hate people who stop on the left most lane in which you can go straight and turn left but the signal is red for straight but green for left. and they wana go straight so they've stopped at the start of the queue (presumably so they can drag race the person on the going straight lane or just get a head start) thus blocking like 10 cars trying to turn left even when the light is green.

(have owned nearly 10 diff bmw's in the past) let me know if u ever need to get in touch with them they are good people and have well priced cars. wait for tom/m3power to chime in with regards to SMG the general consensus is manual is best by those who have manual but those who own smg's love it too. you will undoubtably be happy with either or. i wouldnt let that be a deciding factor as to whether or not i purchase an e46 m3.

If u think the e46 s54 is a v6 u need to get off this forum. Lol im just kidding. for daily and track i think e46 is the wiser option. Especially with the prices dropping and abundance of parts and upgrades

Since when did $200 fines for driving on bus lanes make sense? It doesnt cause harm nor inconvenience (most of the time) How about $100 for not having having up to date registration? or any other council or police infringements. They are always stupidly overpriced hence my point being $40 aint too bad. Especially if you got towed it would be $150-200, a taxi or friend to take u to the yard, a couple hours of your time etc If you dont pay on a pay and display area the starting fine is $40. If you paid but overstayed by less than 30 mins then its starts at $12 and goes up. So anyway id say $40 isnt all that bad. But contrary to my point, does the coucil even have jurisdiction at that location? Isnt it infront of a private building?

i like the technoviolet especially with the white interior. I remember losing an auction for a nice 1997? e36 coupe 325i in that combo for like $2500 a year or so back.

I think the best thing to do is to keep the acs wheels with the new tyres youve bought. Its an extra expense to remove, then re fit the tyres onto the style 73s etc. Your buyer will understand i think and usually, for me anyway, buying mags and tyres its usually only a good deal as a combo.
